Just wait'll we break up.
I never cry. I am the ice queen.
And I love the theme from Ice Castles, even though that's not a TV show.
yuh huh!!
and this thread isnt about you!
I recall seeing a great public access show here in NYC that would play old tv show themes and old commercials. I wonder if it's still on.
It is now.
I've sung the Ice Castles themes at weddings. How gay is that.
I played it for a piano recital. And the Murder She Wrote theme.
Was the Murder She Wrote theme assigned to you for the recital, Calvin, or did you just dig it?

Yeah, it was schmaltzy, but I liked Ice Castles, too. It was perfect for rectals, graduations and weddings in the '80s.

I liked when I sang in a back choirloft instead of the front of the church, so I could roll my eyes.

Did anyone like when they used existing popular songs for TV shows? I guess you could look at it as a cop-out, but there were times I think they worked beautifully:
China Beach
Homefront
Married with Children
Rath, you blasphemer!
I recall alot of TV themes played in band/orchestra as a kid.
In elementary school, we played "And Then There's Maude."
No, I'm not. I'm just talking about when I had to sing corny songs, like the Ice Castles theme or All I Ask of You.
Don't even tell me you wouldn't do the same.
you should sing the song from Maude instead!
Maybe Rath will be singing soon the theme song from the Jefferson's.
Where ya movin' up to, Rath?
btw, great theme, too!

Please don't let this feeling end.
It might not come again.
And I want to remember.
I can see what's mine now.
Finding out what's true.
Since I found you.
Looking through the eyes of love.
Never heard of it.
The NBC Mystery Movie
(McMillan and Wife, McCloud, etc.)
doodle, the Murder She Wrote theme was chosen as part of a theme of the Alberti bass line.
I don't know the Murder She Wrote theme song.
That show was for old people.

Hello Larry was when I first fell in love with The Gleason.
Obviously, you never went to the Murder She Wrote-themed attraction at MGM Studios in Orlando. They played the theme non-stop.
There's a what the what now?
Hello Larry had the same kid as Nanny and the Professor, Kim Richards.
Kim Richards worked all the time in those days. She's Paris Hilton's aunt, you know.
