BUMP now that the show just ended here on the west.

Jen C sucked and was outta line with the Jew comment, but Stacy is a snarky, immature bitch. Jen should've provided examples of Stacy being ineffective (while her reasons for taking her into the boardroom were personal, really Stacy was inefficient at the restaurant when Jen was trying to give her directions). She also should've dragged Sandy in the second she screwed her over in the boardroom. Why stay loyal??

The men are really kicking ass.

Unfortunately, as Carolyn said, these "ladies" give women business women a bad name.

The men are pretty hot this season--I must say--I think Raj is super hot--especially after that boxers moment.

The only fella I saw in a new light was the hot waiter guy who was serving the 4 gay customers. Y-uh-m!

Carolyn was cool last season, but she's really topped herself this year. As long as she forgetting her Midol, I'll keep loving her!

(BTW - In Canada, they didn't show a preview of next week's ep. What's happening??)

I can't believe Jen would say something about "those cheap old Jews." She must have realized she was being taped. Stacy was more than justified to be offended. I'm happy it wasn't brought out in the board room, however. She should have been fired for being an ineffective leader. Stacy will be fired soon for being a major pain in the ass.

Jen was totally out of line with teh Jew comment. The women to whom she was referring just didn't get the theme of the restaurant. It was more a product of their age and prefrence than whether or not they were Jewish. Also, i don't think their comments alone made much of an impact.

The team screwed up by not catering to the neighborhood taste. The place was too upscale and chi-chi for that area. Thye also seemed to be hovering over guests, pushing them for comments, etc. Nobody wants that while they're having dinner.

Stacy is an ass. She's a back stabbing little twit who did undermine Jen's authority and that is what Jen failed to point out in the board room. She confirmed the idea that it was strictly personal.

I know a lot of people will misunderstand this next point but, I feel like they are setting the women up for failure by making the teams male against female. In general, women of that age, in the coprporate world seem to feel they have more to prove than men do. A alot of those women are trying to show their strenght and power in the wrong way because they are not experienced at being powerful women in a corporate environment. It's leading to back stabbing, bitchiness and a level of competition that might be different if the teams were made up of a mix of men and women.

It was pretty obvious Jen was going down last night. From the beginning, she didn't know how to handle the project, but she really didn't bother me too much (except for the Jew comment, which I think was more of a heat-of-the-moment faux pas, but it was still a stupid thing to say). I like Stacy. Yeah, she's a little annoying, but she really seems to have a much clearer understanding of how to prioritize. Jen just dismissed anything she said for personal reasons rather than listen to rational suggestions. She didn't even give Stacy a chance. Maria is the one to watch out for. She dodged a bullet last week because of the Stacie fiasco (which I thought was a scapegoat situation) and she should be kissing the feet of all those who diverted the blame away from her. She screwed up trying to find the ice cream cart for three hours with no radio when the cart was half a block away. She caused them to be $5000 over budget during the toothpaste thing. Both were major mistakes that Trump and Carolyn agreed were their downfalls on each challenge.

By the way, I love Carolyn. If I were straight, I would have the hots for her. I love the way she holds back nothing. She's my hero. Well, one of them.
