Sorry that this is self-serving, but does anyone know the casting director/information for this film? It was listed in last week's Backstage, and I am kicking myself for forgetting to buy it.

Any info. is appreciated! Thanks!

Instead of creating a new thread, I thought I would threadjack this one--hope you don't mind, cheno. :)

Some great previews at the movies tonight, but the one that got me very excited was for this film. Meryl is just DIVINE in the trailer. And Anne Hathaway is fab, too. And sexy Stanley Tucci is in it--I can't possibly miss this!!

I loved the book, and her next book (everyone worth knowing) is also great. Just finished it a few days ago.

I read the book a while back and it will be interesting to see Tracie in the Lily role. I wouldn't have put her in that part. I liked the book, but didn't love it. I think Meryl will make the movie!

I'm so excited about this movie. To get prepared for it, I'm reading the book again. It's so great. Lauren Weisberger is a great author.

I love Meryl.
This is going to sound completely ridiculous, but when I went with a few friends of mine to go see 'Prime', we all clapped when she came on the screen. We were the only ones in the theatre, so we didn't distract from anybody's enjoyment of the movie. She's a living legend.

She seems like she is having more and more fun in films. She was so fun in Series of Unfortunate Events. And this film just makes me squeal with glee!

I am unbearably excited for this movie. I don't usually like books like these but I LOVED The Devil Wears Prada and I LOVE Meryl Streep so it's all good. It's gonna be fun.

i just started reading the book... i love it. and i'm very excited for the movie. now, don't get me wrong, i'm a HUGE meryl fan, but does it bother anyone else that she doesn't use a british accent? it's just that they seem to make such a big deal about the the fact that she is british in the book... oh well. i love meryl anyway. and why did they change the boyfriend's name from alex to nate?
it's coming out soon! sooo excited.

any of you youngins who have never seen Sophies Choice......RENT IT!

Read nothing about it, but rent it, and watch it. And for Gods sake no one here ruin it for anyone.

It is Streep in one of her best roles.

Yes! Meryl Streep is AMAZING and so is Tracie Thoms. And Anne Hathaway is great too! This looks like a cute movie.

Has anyone ever noticed that Anne Hathaway is also the name of William Shakespeare's wife? Sorry, just getting that out there. I just realized that a few weeks ago.....
