It depends- some people come out of coma completly mentally intact . W River's baseline- the line gets kinds blurry.
I'm not clear what the medical benefit is tho in this case- keep her from fighting the respirator? Not Usually. Reduce brain swelling? - atypical side effect of a respiratory arrest.
