The Official *AMAZING RACE 7* Thread - Updated Weekly — Page 2

Everyone's a little bit regionist, sometimes. Doesn't mean you have to go around commiting hate crimes!

---

I liked the Hillbillies, too. They seem like good people. I also like the ex-POW and Beauty Queen. So far, I like just about all the teams except the testosterone freak and his wife and the ex-Survivors. Tha mom/son team is quite surprising. I think they will fool a lot of teams with their cutesy suburban looks. They gay couple are fun, but they are really going to need more focus if they want to stay in the game.

rob is the biggest jerk. why the hell is he on this show? oh yeah, ratings.

patrick (the gay son) is soooo funny! i want him to be my best friend. i loved him during the llama bit.

---

I'm not going to hate on Rob and Amber, I think they are the most entertaining to watch, and I hope they make it to the end. The only thing that might make me mad is if they keep getting help from people who saw them on Survivor.

there is just something about rob that is annoying. i guess i gave the wrong impression. I don't only want them to be kicked off because they have already won, i just find rob annoying! :)

SPOILERS BELOW

yay barbie twins are gone! patrick and susan are falling behind but that market task SUCKED. rob and amber only got so far ahead because they didn't do two trips with the books. as soon as the next team was stupid and did 2, everyone else was like, oh, they did 2 so we can do two. sheesh. my mom is sooo happy rob and amber are in first and i'm like, kill me now please. sigh. anyways, i thought this was a semi-interesting episode. the shoe shine bit was boring, but after that it picked up.

even though I HATE Rob and Amber, I am beginning to realize that they could win. The ARE playing to win......and even though I was yelling NO FAIR at the TV several times, they are doing nothing against the rules. Yes, it's rude to bribe a bus driver to not open the back door, and to take money for something and pocket some........but that's how you win. They are playing this game exactly like they would play Jeff Probsts show....and so far it's working. I may not like them, but they DO play the game........

You have to give Rob some credit for being able to stack the books in a way so that they only had to make one trip.

In the preview for next week I was a little mad that he stole the other girl's cab, but oh well, R&A will still win (or be close).

rob is ruining the integrity of the show. yes, it's possible to scheme and cheat your way through but everyone else thus far has shown respect for the game and has played it cleanly. and what bugs me is that a lot of those teams who also took the penalty probably wouldn't have listened to rob if he hadn't been on survivor. he's a D-list celeb and that gives him power over the other teams, which he's totally milking. i hate him so so so so sosososososos much...more so even than jonathan last season, and that's saying a lot.

i'm very sad that debbie and bianca are gone. it's really their own fault for not realizing they were going the wrong way for TWO HOURS!!! but still. yay lynn and alex for coming in first! i love them!

Have to agree! His knowledge of the rules and regulations and then using them strategically is brilliant.

I don't think, however, that they would be this far had they not been on Survivor, and learned how to play.

The scary part is he's growing on me.....I'm beginning to find him attractive......God help me!

I liked the two girls, mostly because they got along well together and although it might no make as good television, it is more enjoyable for me to watch teamwork than a yelling match. I was soooo wishing for the mother and son to get kicked out, but I can't have everything.

Actually, most of this group gets along well. The only screaming couple is Ray & Deana. Also the Gretchen yells at Meredeth but they don't get into fights. Oh, and sometimes the beauty queen can get upset, but it's usually not that often. I think thats part of the reason I like this season so much.

yeah seriously, at least a new season of AR doesn't allow us to see anymore of jonathan. he's done making money.
