More post-eating, I see. I hope this one is more permanent. I've linked a quite lengthy and detailed article about American Primitive here. The story is very autobiographical, and the writer/director describes the man Adam's character is based on as a wonderful guy who helped raise her and her sister.

I think this movie sounds like it has a lot more potential than something like Goyband. I'm excited to see Adam's acting chops, too. And the backdrop of Cape Cod is an obvious plus.

I came up to the Cape early this morning for the first time this summer. My parents took some pictures of seals last night. I think they're adorable, so I'm sharing.

It does seem to have a lot of potential. I hope they can find a distributor.

Seals! I remember when I went out to the Cape when I was really young, my cousin was swimming next to our boat and all these seals came up around her, it was so cute

They have been doing some advertising. There have been radio commercials heard on Z100.3 and a few other stations. There was an ad in the New York Times I think. I've gotten a few e-mail blasts.

I thought they would at least run an ad in the NY Times. There are still many tickets available during their run. What is up with this?

I read the times every weekend, so if there was an ad I definitely missed it, lol. I would think they'd do a big one page spread or something, but maybe I'm being optimistic. I'd just think that since they're doing this stunt casting sort of thing they would go a little crazier.

And yeah - there are still loads of tickets available. I guess it wasnt worth my breaking into my neighbors house to order mine when our internet was down the day the info was released, hehe

Well i am sure they will do more advertising, but it has been a bit early yet. I'm sure (or at least hope) they will step it up in another week or so. But I still don't see them doing any other advertising than what other shows are doing.

I bet the official announcement was planned for rather later than it actually happened, but certain people "spilled the beans." It would have made sense for publicity to focus on Tamyra's casting for a while. There will probably be more ads about Adam and Anthony soon.

NBC in New York are running commercials for a sweepstakes to win tickets to see her. I wonder if they will do the same thing w/ A&A then they return.

The ad campaign has already started, but it's gradual. There are a few posters up in the Times Square area, so maybe we'll start seeing newspaper ads and the like soon.
