I guess my post was eaten, so I'll try again...I was lucky enough to see them twice last year, and as far as I'm concerned they are one of the best live bands you will ever see. I've been a fan for years and I swear, there are so many little things Adam does that are the same Jon does...I think Adam secretly studies all of Jonny's moves...LOL
The posts get eaten a lot for every new page. The thread decides how much. :)
New Jersey isn't far for me either, so if such a thing happened between Jon and Adam, I would go. :)
I've come across a report that Adam will be appearing in Fort Pierce, FL, next April. I know at least one person here has mentioned being a Floridian, so I hope you can make it.
Article
How well-timed! We were just talking about how he'd never performed there.
I think it was passingthrough. How lucky! I hope she can go.
I love how in the article it says "finally" for Adam.

I think Adam secretly studies all of Jonny's moves...
I wouldn't put it past him. Maybe he does it in the mirror á la Tony Manero in Saturday Night Fever
I will probably have weird dreams about Adam and Bon Jovi tonight...
hey any dreams would be good at this point for me. if they included Adam well... BONUS!
I had the weirdest dream the other day where Adam and Anthony were trying to save a puppy from a kennel, so they took it to Adam's house.
A dream with Adam and Bon Jovi might be significantly better.
Adam did say that as a kid he wore a fringed leather jacket in order to look more like Jon Bon Jovi. He seems to be somewhat over the rock star thing now though.
Adam has gone to softer rock, and Bon Jovi to country. It's interesting to see the changes in both of their music. Adam's new material is great.
Bon Jovi's latest album is not my favorite (that honor goes to "These Days") but it's not my least favorite, either.
The new one is not my favorite either. I got bored with it pretty quickly. Hopefully it's out of their system now and they'll go back to rock...
*brina-doll* thanks for the salut. It's nice to be here.
Chloe ... I'm in love with you. I'll try to contain myself though. Thank you soooo much for the link! I'm definitely going ... even if I have to walk there. (I have one friend who I'm pretty sure will walk with me. She's on vacation so I'll have to wait A WHOLE WEEK to spaz out with her about this.) If there's any other Floridians around I hope to see you there.
hmmmm, I wonder if I need to go visit my dad in April??? lol. I wonder what show he will be doing at that time. The new album should be out, but maybe it is the "broadway" show.
April 18th is very close to my birthday. I already told my mom what I want.
And, Tink, he could sing the phone book and I would die a happy woman.
(Note to anyone who is considering coming: I PROMISE to get my squirrely fangirling out of the way in the coming months. I want to be absolutely captivated at the concert. Feel free to tell me to shut up now and I'll just squeal with my friend later.)
passing - it's all good. We have all been the "new one" to the group before. We will always "fan girl" over certain things, but it calms down over time. It is always good to have a new recruit to the Adam love party, lol!
That's exciting that you get to go, passingthrough. Have you seen him live before?
And yeah, even though we're all sane (most of the time), we definitely have our fangirl moments on here.
i'm telling you next fall when i transfer into UNO i'll be bugging the student affairs people to book him
Thanks for the reassurance guys!
And Sweetdisaster (jenna, right? Sorry, bad with names!) I haven't had the pleasure of seeing him live before so I'm very excited! (assuming I don't have some sort panic attack the moment he comes on stage hee hee)
I hope you can get him, Polly, have you had the chance to see him live?
Edited for awful spelling and grammar
You're very welcome, and I hope it works out for you and your friend to go!
Just watch going to see a show with Jenna, she might go and steal you seat! :) I love ya!
Chloe is the "All knowing and powerful wizard of Adam", as I like to call her. She is a great source of info and updates! :)
And like I was telling Polly the other day, I thought I'd "freak" when I met Adam too, but he is just so down to earth that all the nervousness like subsides when you talk to him.
Shuddup. Stay away from Tink. She's a bad influence, especially if your underage!
Really? Until recently, I found Adam beyond intimidating.

He seems to "get" the whole fan situation, so I think he's so comfortable with it that he probably makes you feel that was as well. I haven't met him, but I really hope that I can after Rent...
I know we've all debated this before, but I think some of the times it is his "people" that blow the fan meeting thing out of proportion than him. I've heard some horror stories, but the two out of three times I saw him, he was very nice and patient (first time more than the second, but it was like 10 degrees below zero the second time, so I cut him some slack). Who knows. But I hope you all get your chance! :)
And jenna, I have no idea what you are talking about! :) I am innocent I swear!
*sigh* All this talk about meeting Adam and seeing him perform is making me slightly jealous! The closest I ever got to meeting him was when he did a concert at my brother's school and my brother met him for me. Hopefully, that will all change someday.
