I wanna see a picture of that!
well after i pass my finals i'll go look for it. it'll be my reward to myself :)
Er, by Photoshop.
Why would you pay *anything* to buy pictures of the stagedoor? You can find those on Facebook and MySpace for free. And of course it's "rare" if they're the only copies of YOUR pictures. That doesn't give them anymore value than the "very rare" last marshmallow peep I've saved since Easter. At least claim you can see a Jesus shape in the shadows or something.
Pirate Raul and Pirate Adam could be a pairing akin to Will Turner and Jack Sparrow. Adam can be Jack-he'd like the rum. :P
I don't think you meant that the way I'm taking it.
ok interesting thoughts crossing my mind.
*happy silly smile*
i like your thinking

cute Adam and Anthony photo accompanies this article....
what do you all think?
I'm glad you had such a great time! Were you there Tuesday? Another Day seemed especially electrifying to me, and I've been wondering if others felt the same.

Everything was sort of perfect for me on Tuesday, because I was in the dead center in the second row. I especially liked Another Day on Wednesday, though. Seeing it from the mezz seemed to add something. He was a little vocally inconsistent to begin, but it ended incredibly. Also, managed to sing all the lyrics correctly that time.

His shirt puts me in the mood to listen to some old school Van Halen.
Also, backing up a bit (no pun intended), I'm sorry to hear he still has back problems. (insert dirty comment here)
hehe, I've had a couple of glasses of wine this evening, so i could definitely contribute to the "insert dirty comment here" group, but I will be good.
Well, yeah those are the lyrics to the song on his shirt. Buzz has that verse play whenever his father calls "Run for the hills, run for your life".
Oh, and here is a Newsday blurb - same crap as the others:

Be sure to check out the Welcome Home thread - there are some great stage door pictures of the shirt in question posted there.
Craww, I was about seven rows directly behind you on Tuesday then. I haven't seen the show from the mezz yet. I guess I'll try for that next.
The lighting is especially gorgeous from the mezz. I was sort of like, "oh, hey Rent has lighting!" when I sat up there. It's much more noticeable, but not intrusively so.
I've seen it both times so far from the mezz and it's been great, but I am itching for my orch seats I have later this month! I find when I sit close in the orch of a show, i focus too much on the details of a show, and when I am in the mezz I take it in as a whole. Well, I'm ready to study Adam up close!
I saw the pics on the other thread. Made me very happy!

Yeah. For a moment I couldn't decide whether to be sort of childishly entranced by the giant Roger shadow in Glory, or to just...watch Adam.
*phew* Ok, so I wasn't the only one mesmerized by the Glory shadow.
I saw Rent from the center front mezz for the first time last week (thank you, woman from Westchester!) It really does give you a better perspective on the whole picture. It was honestly the first time I realized that during Without You, Mark is sitting in a chair off to the side, just watching all the other couples. It speaks volumes about his character and I'd never even noticed before.
There's a nice little blurb in the Times, I guess for tomorrow.
Times story
Tink, where did you find your avatar picture? its perfection...
The new pictures are a very nice thing to wake up to.
EDIT: I just got the NY Times (in the pouring rain) and found the little blurb on Anthony and Adam. Also nice to wake up to.
Robin - i found it on some person's myspace page and I just cut her out of it, lol.
I really like that picture from the Times article. The lighting on them is great!
Chloe you are a gem for finding that times article. I LOVE THAT PICTURE!!! (i sense a new avatar coming on)
ETA- couldn't help it, i stole it!
Heh, want to hear ridiciulous? When I saw the show last week, I kept having all of these moments where I was literally about to pinch myself -- I had to be like, "that's Adam! No. REALLY." And so, while being totally childishly entranced by the Roger shadow during Glory, I thought to myself, "hey, that's Adam's shadow!"
I love that picture from the Times -- that exchange is one of my favorite moments in the show... but it's hardly ever photographed.

I LOVE Christmas Bells, that is a great picture in the Times article - thanks for posting!

I agree. The first time I saw Rent way back when, my mom and I were sitting up there, and I remember Without You being probably the most powerful image from the show that stayed with me.
Those stagedoor pictures in the other thread are heaven - Adam looks hot chewing gum
