If it's true, this sounds like it could be really good. I like that it's not a singing role either.

My house on the Cape is on Corporation Beach. I wonder if they're actually filming there.

Very, very intriguing. It's certainly a step away from typecasting, so this could be a good move for Adam. I'll be incredibly interested to see what comes of this.

It looks to me like another indie, but it that's where Adam can find larger parts, I think that's good. There's no guarantee that a film will be good no matter how much money is or is not in the budget, and this way he's getting more experience and visibility.

Here's another site I found with "story art" and "production art" of some kind. It looks like there's a hell of a lot of intended nudity, although whether the filmmakers (and actors, I suppose) go through with that is probably another story.

If those storyboards are anything to go by, they're not exactly aiming for PG-13, though I don't quite see how they fit into what little we know about the plot. According to their site, the producing companies "have been created to champion emerging filmmakers and tell stories that are often suppressed in our culture."

I think rated R rating might work out good for Adam. Expose him to a new audience. Of course the teen girls will still buy tickets and go in to see it, but it might appeal to older folks since it doesn't appear to be a teeny bopper film (which unfortunately I heard RENT referenced to many times. Some people wanted to check it out, but the stories of the girls screaming and singing scared them off).

yeah, it totally was. I have to admit I was suprised when I found out how many fangirls there are out there after the Rent movie. I haven't seen the show on broadway in some time, so I was out of the loop. Unfortunately, a lot of people that I suggest go see the show are like "arent those fans crazy, though?" I mean I'm not complaining that there are fans but the show itself seems to be getting a little pigeonholed

I wish I had the time to go up to the Cape in the next few weeks and watch for Adam from my window (kidding, of course). It must be beautiful up there right now with this weather.

My parents get the local newspapers, so I'll have to ask them if they've heard anything about shooting or see anything when they go up next weekend. I'm sure scoping Adam Pascal's new movie is right on top on their list of priorities.

Provincetown is such a trip - I used to go there for the 4th of july when we went to the Cape for the summer.

I wish I could go and watch the filming of this!
