It's weird. Every time I've been back for Adam and Anthony, I hit a point in the show where I feel like I'm going to cry, but everything just gets sort of... stuck right at that point of release. It's like having words stuck at the tip of your tongue where you're so close, but you just can't get them out, no matter what you do. I want to cry because I think that kind of catharsis is really liberating, but I think this whole time I've just been too, "YAY THEY'RE BACK!" to really... fully go there. It's kind of frustrating because with all of that kind of bottled up inside, it feels very unfinished.

That happened to me during like, every performance of Company. It's SO frustrating.
What did they do when Tamyra took off her robe? I love that people just blatantly "woo" when Adam takes of his sweater at the beginning of La Vie Boheme. The beginning of that scene was funny last night when they were all waiting to go into the Life Cafe, when Adam was like pushing Anthony

You know what I love even more than the fact that people "woo" over Adam taking off his sweater? The fact that it takes him forever to get it off. One night he got his head stuck in it, lol.
I can't remember exactly what the guy behind me said, but you could tell he was totally feeling the blue pants.
I'm totally not a crier at all, which is why I was so surprised last night. I really don't know what it was in particular that got me, but once I started I cried through the end of the show. It was like everything finally sunk in and I realized where I was and what I was watching.

I was hitting Jenna's arm the first time I saw it and Roger started stripping! Second time, I grabbed my best friend's hand (and I liked her comment "ohhhh, not bad. I like your tatse!" lol), and well Saturday I had to be good. If I hit Buzz, he would have been upset. He did look at me to see my expression when it happened. Then he said Maureen had a nice butt so I was like well then I am gonna stare too!! :)

Heh, it's normally not a big deal to get a little excited, but we were sitting RIGHT THERE. She was like "stop it! SHHH." And I proceeded to giggle like a teenager. Whoops. There's something about it all that... not matter how old I get, I can never fully help returning to that place.

I giggled pretty much the entire way home. People probably thought I was on something because I just kept cracking myself up. The really sad thing was that my phone died so I couldn't even call anyone and I was all alone in my excitement. I really can't say enough how amazed I am at the fact that I was able to form sentences.

I was about seconds away from skipping down the street, just from the idea that... I had no expectation of actually winning, let alone getting to sit THERE and experience it that way. The whole, "they can see you!" idea is sometimes daunting, but it's fun if you just go with it. I was sitting there giggling at Adam, telling myself, "shut up, you're 21 years old!" but once it starts, there's hardly any stopping.

I can't imagine what shock you all must've been in last night. I'm excited for you! I felt embarassingly close being in C the other night with the eye contact they all make, so it must've been hard to keep straight faces that close knowing they were looking right down at you.

I was in H (don't know if they can see that far or not) but I was adverting my eyes and getting all ancy when any of them (esp Adam) even looked in the direction. I'd be a wreck sitting that close!

I know what you mean - the only time I've been really close I was over on the far right, but even then, I tried to avoid getting caught staring. There was definitely eye contact with both of them.

I've been sitting here at work with a stupid grin on my face all morning. People must think I'm on drugs, but I can't help it. The adrenalin is the only thing keeping me awake at this point...

Trina- Have fun! I'm so impressed that you "convinced" your husband to go. Like I've said before, my boyfriend has absolutely no interest in going, which is kind of sad because I'd like to be able to share something that means so much to me with him. Our 4th anniversary is coming up, and I asked him to get me a ticket, but it's pretty doubtful that he'll come with me. I'm still trying to get him to watch the movie with me, but ever since he got forced into watching The Sound of Music he's very reluctant. Stupid boys! If he can force me to go snowboarding, I should force him to go see Rent, don't you think?
