re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

SweetDisaster - I would have liked to see the blue hair that he rocked during his rocker days. :) And yes, I did take that picture (thanks for compliment!), but it was on the 18th, you know, the crazy night with the woman running past the barricades? He was about a minute away from my side of the barricade when that happened and the entire thing was shut down. Better luck next time though, eh? *grin*

MotorTink - Yay! :)

Wasn't overly fond of the shirt, but he should keep wearing that color. It looks really good on him and brings out his eyes.

Agreed. And he has very nice eyes.

I really like his hair as of now. And I noticed he looked very thin.

SweetDisaster - Heh. Yeah, that shirt seems to be a favourite of his, and contrary to MotorTink's opinion (*grin*), I actually love it. :) As for the blue hair, I can't say I'm a fan either, but I think it would have been hilarious to see.

Seriously though? I was talking to both Chloe and misschung about this, but Adam looks SO YOUNG these days. I was watching a performance of his from a year ago and he looked older then than he does now. I think there's something in the water at the Nederlander.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

he does. I was a little worried that sitting closer on Sat would make me see the "age" but I didn't at all. I think he looks much better in the role now than back in 96/97 (except I liked the scruffier beard back then)

Weirdest, yet most amazing night - I'll let the others fill everyone in. (Sorry to tease!)

Well, ok re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

Yep. Misschung won, as did Em. Between the four of us, we had Row AA 107-108 and Row BB 107-108. And it was glorious.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

Oh my gosh. I think I lost my cell phone, so that's a huge damper on what was otherwise a perfect perfect perfect night. We needed four tickets, and two of us won. But better was that we got the same two seats in both the first and second rows, so we all got to sit together, two right behind the other two. And even better YET was that they were all DEAD center seats. It was wonderful. It had all begun to become slightly more real... and yet sitting that close, I couldn't believe any of it was happening all over again.

Well, weird in that "oh my god this doesn't seem real" kind of way. Plus, I was being such a negative nelly. I didn't think there was any chance even one of us would win lotto; forget two.

The fact that all of you got in and got to sit together in such great seats is pretty awesome. So what stood out about the performance tonight?

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

I think the idea of feeling like Adam and Anthony literally stepped out of the pages of the coffee table book really hit home tonight. Seeing the title song, or Glory, or What You Own from that close was just.... stunning.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

That's really amazing, girls! What are the odds of that happening? I can only imagine what it's like.

Gah, now I need to try lotto.

Oh! And good luck on the search for the cell phone.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

Agreed. I said that when I first saw the show a few weeks ago, and that was from Row K of the Orchestra. Being that close tonight, all I was reminded of were images already imprinted on my mind.

And referring back to the conversation that was going on in the thread a few days ago (re: Roger's happiness during say, La Vie Boheme - whether or not it was a direct choice of Adam's or just him being out of character), it was so present tonight. The boy could not keep a straight face.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

Oh, I know. The odds are so slim to begin with, so it was really amazing that we all got seats together, too. We got tremendously lucky. And THOSE seats nonetheless. They were exactly the ones I wanted. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13! I swear, every time I win lotto, I always end up where Roger stands for Seasons of Love. It was bound to happen this time, too! re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13! So that was... fun.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

I am so happy for you ladies!!!! Couldn't happen to nicer people! :)

I hope to try and win lotto once before they leave. But since i won the Spelling Bee Broadway Night lotto, I think i am doomed for the rest of the year!

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

Yeah, I really should go to sleep but I just can't. I just spent the entire train ride home gushing to my poor friend about everything. Then I realized how late it was and that she has to get up really early in the morning, hehe

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

You guys! I didn't win lotto, but I got $30 mezz tickets in what was the "international section" of the Nederlander tonight... I think I was the only person without a cool accent around me. BUT, I did akwardly run (and I mean run) into Adam. And we had a conversation. And it was super exciting in the sense that I formed several sentences.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!

omg, that's so great! The mezz seats are actually really good - I've seen the show twice from up there, and you get a good perspective on everything. I'm sorry you didn't win lotto though, but that's amazing about Adam! Hope you didn't hurt yourself running into him re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, Part 13!
