Nice pictures everyone! Adam looks good there. He really stands out with his white suit.
I would love it if they released this on DVD (or even just released a soundtrack).
I wish Adam would do an actual recording of Pity the Child. He sounds good on the live recordings, but there's always something to mess it up. "When I was 12, my father moved out *hacks up loogie*" etc. I'd prefer that over the CD that is coming out.

I agree-he should release it on a CD or something. That is a really good song, and he's good at singing it.
Speaking of the new CD-has anyone even gotten to listen to it yet? Because I've never experienced a situation in which no one heard a CD on the release date because it hadn't arrived yet.
If that is the case, then it's an unfortunate one. Had the album been available on iTunes it would have been reviewed already (and bought by more people).
my hope since BSoM had been announced is that Pity would be included.

Very sneaky indeed, and the clarity is pretty impressive. Adam looks amazing.

Adam in Actors Fund even blurry on my 51" TV is beyond amazing....
I must say I was wondering if this was going to become one of those "boots" that no one would trade, after they saw how many people wanted Actors Fund and how freely it was given. I am very impressed with the willingness to share.
I want this DVD!
I miss Arbiter Raúl. I keep expecting to hear him, hah.

Add me to the list of those who want a professional PTC recording. And kudos to whoever took this footage. Reminds me of that person who filmed the Return from the lotto seats, lol.
Such a cutie.
Does anyone else think he looks sort of like Matthew Perry in Chess? (Raul, not Adam.)

That would be sweetness.
And yeah, he totally does look like Matthew Perry. I think it's mostly the hair? I have such a soft spot for the Chess benefit concert - that was my first time seeing Raul.
The first time I saw clips of Chess, I was still like, "who is this dude?" about Raul. Whoops.
Raul was in another chubby stage. The turtleneck was an ill-planned wardrobe choice.

I thought that, too. I was like "who is that guy?"
Wardrobe aside, he still piqued my interest

Your favorite guy just posted about Chess in London on his blog! Go read it, he has such nice things to say about Eyedina and my boy the Grobes. (Is it just me, or does Grobes get hotter and hotter each time I see him next to Pascal? Or is it just because Pascal is actually fug enough to make me warm for Josh Groban? I just can't tell anymore, this is like a sexual identity crisis.)
Also, I, uh...singlehandedly made him delete the Discussion Board because he didn't like me questioning his artistic or business decisions. Woops?
I...there aren't enough words for me to say what I'm thinking right now.
Whhaaat? Josh Groban hotter than Adam?
Pshh. I think not. Maybe it's just me.

"Chess
Hello everyone, just wanted to say a few words about the Chess performance at the Royal Albert Hall in London. It is always fun to do these kinds of things. Big shows that you throw together in a week and really just wing it when you get up there. But this one was especially difficult, and the cast and crew involved were stellar! I'm honored to have been a part of it. Josh Groban is one of the sweetest guys I have ever met, so much fun to work with and to find the words to describe his voice is difficult indeed. I can say that his performance of the song Anthem at the end of the first act brought tears to my eyes every time he sang it. I have rarely been so moved. Getting to work with Idina Menzel is particularly special givin that I have known her for so many years, and every time I am fortunate enough to work with her I get to know here a little better. It makes me wish that we spent more time together as kids. I feel sorry it has taken so many years for me to discover just how much I enjoy being around her.
Again, a wonderful time. I hope we can do it again...
P.S. I know those of you who have purchased the record are wondering when it is coming.
We will be receiving the CDs on May 22. We will begin shipping them ASAP. Thanks for you pacience. Finally I will be removing the discussion boards from this site. Please continue to sign the guestbook. But unfortunatley some of the boards have been dominated by innapropriate discussions. I'm sure these same people who start these conversations will find some other place to be haters. Thats fine, to that I say please go! I just did not set up this site for people to come and be horribly rude and disrespectful to me.
You can thank people like "christina" for this decision. I briefly thought of just deleting the thread, but frankly I've had to deal with this kind of thing too often and I just decided that I dont want to be the one to provide the forum for it.
much love everyone!

thanks so much, Christina, hope you are pleased with yourself. After reading your writing these past years, I know you pretty well so I am sure that you are. Its sad really.

Josh Groban is smarter, and a better singer. And so so much more successful than Adam Pascal could even consider in his own hyperbolic dreams of rock star success.
Grobes > Pascal.

Brooke2, who are you? Honestly. That's so creepy.

Christina, what's creepy is you referring to yourself as Craww, and as Christina as if you are two different people in one. Thats creepy, but seriously, are you pleased? You only write derogertory things about Adam, you hated the last show you saw him perform, yet you are constantly here or at AdamPascalMusic.com or at meandlarry.com. why? You dislike almost everything about him, yet, the time you spend tracking his every movement hardly allows you to have any other interests. Its really wierd and freakish.
