I just got a new digital camera, not SLR, that control shutter speeds for a photography class, but I'm really disappointed in it. I should've just spent the extra hundred on getting the film camera, but it kills me to spend that money on something I won't really use.

camera talk.. yay! My current camera is a canon rebel & I love it, but it has gotten me in trouble in the past with it's odd pre-picture light flashing. The first time I saw rent with A&A, I tried to discreetly take a picture during the show, not realizing it was on timer and it started flashing lights... so bad. Then last time, at the stagedoor, I was attempting to take pictures of Adam, and I kept seeing this orange light on his face & was like "what is that annoying light? It's probably blinding him?!" only to realize it was from my camera *blush*

***you can see the orange light in the sun night stagedoor vid at the end.

Also..."He needs us, not his marketing people!"
He def. needs us to be his marketing people.

i have 2 cameras, a fuji fine pix (which is huge) and a canon, i like the canon for close up shots but the fuji has a MUCH better zoom on it.

Im not gonna lie, I HATE Cannon's! Not because they are inferior on any way (that is what we use at work) but I just dont like the way that the controlls are set up.

Sweetdisaster-you sooooo should spend the extra money and get the film camera! There is something really exciting about waiting to see what your pictures look like. Kind of like not finding out the sex of a baby before you give birth. And the owner where I work is always harping about how, "good photographers were trained on film!" besides if you ever have the chance to learn how to use a darkroom, it is really fun! (i just realized that you already bought one, oh well!)

I am so happy I finally got a new camera, but I have yet to be able to use it at an Adam event. My older camera I had at the solo shows sucked. It started malfunctioning when I was getting a pic with Jesse L Martin, and I was so embarrassed. But he was so cool and was like "eh it happens, take your time" and just chatted while Buzz figured out the problem.

Great pics, Mes! I am so jealous at what a great figure he has, lol.

Adam's height is perfect for me, maybe even an inch or so taller. My brother is 6'5" so I am used to men being really tall. Then i meet Buzz who is like an inch taller than me and it is a strange adjustment.

Oh wow, I'd have to look straight up to talk to someone who's 6'5"! My brother is an even six feet -- he's always enjoyed being taller than me, though, because he can convince people he's older than me.

When I don't see Adam for a long time, I feel like I forget how tall he actually is. And then it's like, "oh, hello up there."

Yes, I was shocked to see how tall he was when I met him.

I loved both my Canons, especially my new Elph SD700. I used to have a 35mm that I used for awhile, but it's just too old now - it was my moms in the 70s, hehe.

Jesse is so attractive. I would have loved if he were part of the Return. sigh.

Adam's height is perfect for me too (for pictures), since I'm on the taller side. I remember when I first saw Raul in person, I was like "wow, no heels around you buddy"

The morning star always gets wonderful bright the minute before it has to go --doesn't it?

Awww, teeny Raul.

I can't wear heels around him either, because being on eye level with him scares me. I like being able to talk to his chest if I want to. Adam height difference evidence in the missing of the waist.

hee! He did that to a lesser extent in my picture too, but I think it was because we had to lean over that now infamous row of seats

Yeah, being on eye level with Raul is a little intense. I feel like I'm 2 feet when I'm around him anyway, hehe.

I would cry if I heard Jesse sing ICY live. Even watching the movie, I was like !!!
