I thought maybe if I started watching early on, maybe that would help... so I watched this week's episode, but I was still just... not interested. I totally have a negative associative against that show that won't go away.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I watched from the first episode. It's gotten so over-hyped, though. Now it seems like every other episode, they're making outfits for celebutards and infotainment TV bobbleheads. I avoid those people under normal circumstances, I don't appreciate them being forced onto me.

Em, remember when you thought the same thing about Stephen? re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I don't like that show either, but I flipped to Bravo and saw the shirt, and was like "ooo, Adam?...no.."

I'm sort of disillusioned with fashion in general right now - everything, even couture, looks like something out of an insane asylum.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I started getting really frustrated third season when Michael "Ready to Wear" Kors and f*cking Elle magazine acted like they knew ANYTHING about haut couture. They actually complained Kayne's was TOO OVER THE TOP. Ugh. It still pisses me off over a year later.

I'm considered very fashionable at work. Then again, work is a call center where sweatpants are practically de rigeur.

I can't be too fashionable. I wear more paisley than even Adam Pascal.

I'm a librarian - I wear sweater sets, lol.

I feel like everything is just becoming tacky looking - Vera Wang's Kohl's collection, Karl Lagerfeld's designs for Chanel are all crap.

I'm bitter, I tell ya.

I'll totally ditto that MC. Alot of the looks in Vogue/slash other 'fashionable' magazines look really tacky and sloppily produced...definetely NOT my cup of tea.

But since I'm a happy go teenager, I tend to rock the urban bohemian/whatever's clean-to-not-dirty pile. Thrift stores are my friends re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I don't really have a style, I just wear what looks good. My school has uniforms, so the fact that I haven't had much time to explore my own style isn't surprising.

There are some days I wish my school would have uniforms; then the really slutty Hollister outfits would not be as obvious. But I am happy we do have the freedom of personal expression (though my school's a seceret jail-house I swear).

i used to hate the days we didn't have to wear the uniform, too much stress.

now i have to wear a suit pretty much every day to work, so it's sorta like having a uniform. although my husband gets to wear scrubs to work, he's lucky. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

That's my school. :)

All of our dress down days seem to have themes, though, which can be a bit inconvenient. They are also contests in disguise, this year. For Halloween, I got a kick out of one of my former teachers dressing as a philosopher. Unfortunately he lost the contest to my Math teacher, who was a priest.

I'm somewhat the same way. Urban Outfitters is my closet.

I'm fashionable, but not high fashion. I wear what I like, and it seems to go with what else is going around, I just shop at cheaper stores. I love Garage Clothing, I own about half of the store.

when i'm not at work i'm a jeans/sweater kinda girl. it's also hard to find good plus-size fashion. so i'm kinda limited.

Denim gets cold so easily, though. I do it anyway because they're my entire wardrobe, but I hate wearing jeans outside in the winter. Even though they're almost all I wear now, when I was a kid, I refused to wear them at all. I thought they were too stiff or something.

omg, GG. yeah. i refuse to wear skirts to work in the winter. too many days of having to wear the sweatpants under the skirt while waiting for the bus in highschool.
