I've never really been into Chinese food. My family enjoys it though, it's our traditional Christmas Eve meal.

i just got a snapple top that says "your eye expands 45% when looking at something pleasing"... does that mean that my eyes expand a total of 90% when looking at adam?!?

heh, I'll leave my X-rated comments for that in my head..... 
I try to do chinese food once a week, but I am so boring, I only eat like two things off the menu, lol.
oh, brina, I've been listening to christmas music for the past month already, lol. I just forgot to put Home for the Holidays back on my mp3 player, lol. It was mostly all just the Carols for a Cure.

honestly, I'm kind of burnt out on chinese food. I used to love it, but my friends seem to want it all the time, and thus I eat it more often than I feel like having it. I had it the other night with them, but it wasn't my first choice.

tink, the word "expand" made my mind go in the wrong direction too, don't worry.
I grew up on Chinese food - takeout and home made. I dunno...when I eat it in restaurants I think some ingredient in it just doesn't agree with me. I'll have it once in awhile, but I'd rather have Italian food

thank you for your ability to keep it clean ladies, i'm in a place where i totally didn't keep it clean.

One of the local radio stations in MN recently started playing Christmas music. I was this close to calling in and complaining but I refrained

It always does. I tend to find commercialized Christmas spirit revolting at any time, but pre-Thanksgiving is especially ridiculous.

hehe, so I'm the person you hate!! I so wanted to set up my tree today! My best friend and I went to the mall last night and I was all happy and content. However, pictures with Santa before thanksgiving is a bit much.

My aunt wanted to set up her tree this weekend as well.

Never, Tink! Nothing wrong with Christmas trees and festivity. Just all the omnipresent santas and carols playing everywhere. I can willingly concede that I'm an occasional grinch, however.

I don't care about decorating houses or anything, just the constant playing of carols that annoys me, and store's promotions. Which seem to start right after Halloween...
By December I'm into the spirit. My school decorates for Christmas by that time, which helps.

My roommate and I just splurged on holiday twinkle lights, purchasing both the colored and white lights.
Because we haven't exactly figured out where to hang them yet, they are currently sitting plugged in the the floor across the room. They are just so pretty.
I figure we are close enough to Thanksgiving to break them out without feeling that we are jumping the gun too early.

I can't wait for the whole Christmas season. I start celebrating the day after Thanksgiving. I'm definitely one of those annoying people who plays Christmas music all the time.

I'm very much a December 1st kind of girl Christmas wise, and have always felt that starting the day after Thanksgiving is a bit early. This year however, I'm noticing that people are already beginning. Thus, I have changed my stance: the day after Thanksgiving is a bit early for me, but I accept it. Earlier than that however, is pushing it. I'm all for the holiday spirit, but I feel cheated because I love Thanksgiving, and I feel that everyone is overlooking it.
oh well. For all my talk, I've honestly been feeling like it should be December since the beginning of October. I blame Adam & Anthony for making me see Rent when it was barely fall and getting me into the holiday spirit early.

I say December 1 because my Thanksgiving was back in October. So it just seems as a suitable time to start, that's when the Christmas advent calendars start anyhow.

I love Christmas Eve. It's so nice. Though this year's Christmas is shaping up not to be as nice as previous ones.

when I worked at Old Navy, our holiday merchandise and cd came like, right before Thanksgiving and it usually played until January. We prayed every year that it would be a good mix
