i just watched the clip of Adam & fan singing Elaborate Lives from that concert...absolutely adorable!!! He is such a ham!
I was at that concert as well (hi Miss Allie and everyone!) and that moment was priceless. I'm glad someone captured it. I have been a fan of Adam's for awhile but this was the first time I ever saw him perform. He was utterly fantastic. The concert gave me a deeper appreciation of him as an overall artist, and beyond the music, his interaction with the crowd was great. If you have a chance to see him, even if you have to drive hours away, definitely go! (preaching to the choir, I know, haha.)

I saw that too. It's really cute. It makes me want to see him live even more.

Is it on the forbidden site? I'll have to look at it when I get home.
I'm glad you enjoyed his concert, Alejandra. And I'm glad you got a ticket Tink!
Maybe this has been discussed before, I'm not sure, but I just found this interview (on the forbidden site) that Adam did with this guy named Nicholas Ballasy. It's about 20 minutes long and I learned some new things about Adam that I did not know before. I found it kind of interesting and I thought I'd share.
Haha, that was actually kind of adorable!

heh..I just watched that interview. In beginning the first thing I thought was "is he gay?" Haha..sorry Adam, the California blonde 'do' and the crossed legs made me giggle.
Wow, that interviewer was not awkward at all
Thanks for the heads up Dancin, I'll have to watch it
Did anyone else have problems ordering tickets for the Forum Theatre show on-line? It seems they are selling tickets that are already sold. I purchased mine last night, and now today I got an e-mail stating my seat was actually already sold and they moved my ticket to the next "best" available, which doesn't seem to be that great. I'm not very happy at the moment!
It was defiantly a nifty interview, learned a few things that I didn't know before. But I loathe his shoes. I have no clue why, they are just so nerdy. No offense to him, I just don't like his shoes whatsoever. Love the bottoned down shirt, but not the shoes.
I also saw the Elaborate Lives video, that was so cool! The girl who sang has a very good voice, I was impressed!
*Sorry you're ticket ordering didn't go as planned MotorTink, that defiantly can be a major pain. Feel better, and go with Dory's advice: Just keep swimming
Thanks Brina! I'm better now. I'm a little OCD and don't handle change real well, but once I give it some time, I get better! Still not completely happy because I really liked my seat, but it's Adam so its all good.
I have to go check out that interview.

Oh, that stinks Tink (heh, that rhymes.) Why would they sell them? Where are your seats now?
I'm only 6 seats over on the left side instead of center. Same row. The seating chart makes the place look much bigger than it is. I would prefer to be back on the aisle, but oh well.
Well I'm excited that you get to see Adam, no matter where ya sit! Bleh...now resuming to homework.

Wow, SO many of us are going to be there! Me, sweetdisaster, Emcee, MotorTink, To the Stage, bdwaygirl, and the person who used to post as Undiscovered - anyone else? We should meet up... and introduce ourselves to Adam! Just kidding.
It'll be a regular old party.
Most of you have already met though, correct?
Yeah, I've met everyone who's going except you (I haven't met Alex, but I thought she said she wasn't going). But that's okay, I love meeting new people!

Wait, is she going? I feel like I should know this. Anyway, I've met bdwaygirl (briefly) and Emcee.
That's awesome. I'll be the one with the wand and wings! =)
just to let all of you know...i'm from metuchen and the forum theatre is a very nice place. i've performed there a bunch of times.
i'm excited for this concert! i can't wait to see adam!
sorry for posting a really random message.

I saw Adam's interview and it was pretty interesting. He talked a lot more in this one than in some others. I wonder where he was interviewed, though.
"Wow, that interviewer was not awkward at all"
I noticed that too. Maybe Adam was too much for him...
So... the concert tomorrow has a Q&A. Anyone have any pressing questions they want answered?
Is video of his Pity the Child from the Chess benefit online? I once had it saved from the-site-that-shall not be named here, but it appears to have been taken down.
Hope everyone is having a great day. Looking forward to the concert reviews. :)
I'm a little late on this, but that really stinks about your ticket, Tink. That's always my fear when I order tickets online. The website seems to be just a pain in general, between that and the date confusion. I had trouble printing my e-ticket earlier and had to call the theatre to straighten it out.
About that interview- That guy was beyond awkward. I felt uncomfortable just watching it. It's tagged as Rider University. It might have been done while he was there?
Have fun tomorrow, Ariella! I hope you're feeling better.
