It's not really that odd a placement. I normally don't find tattoos attractive, but Christopher Meloni's (Det. Stabler, SVU) on his forearm is friggin hot. His however is bigger, Adam should have centred his more.

Where is it? I feel blind.
Thanks for all the great reviews and pictures.
OH MY GOD..that photoshop picture. hahaha
In the first picture of the three, see the like, blob on his arm?
Thanks for the reviews and pictures. It sounds like it was a good concert.
Didn't someone say that his new one was on his shoulder...? Forearm and shoulder are hard to confuse, but all right. I'm curious about what it is too.
There was some article that said he has one on his shoulderblade, right?

Oh..I see it. I didn't realize that was his tatoo. i wonder what it is.
Unless someone had said that they saw it and it's a tattoo, from looking at the picture, I'd honestly just think that was the lighting.
Ok, since we're on the subject of tattoos... I think that my dance teacher has this same tattoo on her ankle.
I must say the Celtic knot is a really attractive design for a tattoo. I'm very curious about the new one, which seems pretty different from what little I can make out.

Adam Pascal Post Theater Review 10/28/06 (Part Two)
Hi Guys,
Finally back from the show tonight...so glad I caught both shows. I think it's always a good idea, as a "run" of shows is in many ways like one big concert, if you know what I mean.
Tonight was much better than last night. The audience was a little bigger, and much more rowdy, which is a good thing since Adam seems to love to work off of a loud crowd. The show was exactly the same as far as the set list goes, but the arrangements of the songs seemed a little more inspired (especially Model Prisoner which featured a nice bluesy intro with Adam and Larry jamming together). Adam's voice was also much more expressive than last night (don't get me wrong, last night was awesome...tonight was just extra awesome!). The stories were pretty much the same. He read the zenachick entry again, etc. He was just more vocal and funny.
I think one of the reasons that the show was more upbeat was because Chris Columbus was there. When I talked with Adam last night I had asked him if Chris was coming (he lives in the San Francisco Bay Area) and he had told me that Chris would be here tonight, so I knew to look for him. I was really hoping I would have the chance to talk to him, and luckily the opportunity did present itself after the show. I basically told him how much I loved the movie, and then I asked him if he would do me a favor...Please cast Adam in another one of his movies...he smiled and said that he agreed that Adam was very talented and that he had really enjoyed the show! So, we'll have to wait and see...
Let's see, well you gals from New York might be interested to know that at this very moment Adam is headed your way. Larry mentioned tonight that they both were flying to NY tomorrow (Sunday), but Adam chimed in and said he was actually leaving tonight. Not sure why, maybe they are recording their album in NY? Or he has an audition? Anyway...
So, anyway, I did my best to get a good picture of his tattoo and I will try to attach it here. If it doesn't show up and one of you wants to email me to tell me how to put it up here, that would be great. It's actually a pretty good picture I believe...And, yes, It's definitely a tattoo. It looks very fresh, maybe it was a birthday gift? It is some sort of symbol or marking. It doesn't have any words and it is all one color. I wonder if he got it in LA, my uncle owns a well-known tattoo shop on Sunset Blvd. He's done Cher, David Carradine and Gene Simmons. Maybe I'll give him a call...
His hair is the same, died yellowish-blond and very short.
So, I guess that's about it. Hope to talk to you all soon. Oh yeah, sorry can't figure out how to post the picture...so please let me know how, thanks!

I heard they were set to record the album in November in New York, so I'm guessing that's probably the reason why he's coming back. It doesn't look like he'll be doing any more shows in the very near future here, although that would be lovely.
I PMed you my email address in order to avoid any confusion with posting images (check the upper left of your screen), but if you still want to know how, let me know. I feel like I can never explain it properly, even though it's by no means a complex process.
Thanks again for your reviews/recaps.
On another note, I have no idea why, but apparently my food and wine from last night didn't agree with my stomach at all. I just wanna sleeeep.

Well, this is a bit unfortunate: http://www.topix.net/forum/who/adam-pascal/TC25Q0NLKL2MOFUU1
Does anyone want to reply who's actually been to one of his shows? Unfortunately, I have not.
(Speaking of pompous, the woman who wrote it seems a little pompous herself...)

Wow. I agree, Connie. Definitely a little hypocrisy in there. Aside from the fact that I thoroughly disagree with her, she clearly took the humor far too seriously.
Ouch, that was painful to read. Apparently this person had quite high expectations of Adam. I agree with you Alex, that she took his humor & jokes a bit too seriously. SHe seemed much too cirtical of everything. I feel bad for Adam if he evers has to read that review.
Thanks for your post, flowerpower. I can't wait to see the photos. If you have trouble posting them and e-mail them to siamese dream, can you PM me and I'll give you my e-mail address as well?
I skimmed that post and yeah, it was upsetting to read, but the thing about something like that is that frankly, I don't see the point of posting to argue with her or try to correct her or whatever; the bottom line is that performances like what Adam's doing right now, those hybrid cabaret/rock gigs feature a lot of "witty" banter between songs, and she just happened not to like (slash be offended by) Adam's style. Regardless of how many of his shows I've been to and loved, there's just no arguing with someone who flat-out isn't into the way he performs or his sense of humor. I was going to post something about how the part about assuming WHY he doesn't like WSS (the "what, it's too sophisticated for him?" kind of thing), but honestly, even saying something like "well, what if he just. doesn't. like it?" is going to warrant a pissy, arrogant respose, because this person has her assumptions and to me, it's just not worth it.
I say all of that, but my argumentative side will probably emerge in a bit and I'll post anyway.
I would reply, but the anti-spam letters you're supposed to fill in are just a question mark for me.
Flowerpower, thanks once again for posting about the shows. I'll just write here about how to post pictures - or at least how I do it. (You first need to have your pictures on your computer, of course.)
Go to the ImageShack website - http://www.imageshack.us/
You'll see a line with button options of "file" or "url." "File" is the default and what you want in this case. Click on the "Choose File" button, which will bring up a menu from your computer. Click on the photo you want to post, and the "Choose" button. Then click on the "Host it" button a little further down the ImageShack page. (I generally ignore the "resize" options.)
After a few moments, you will get a page with a number of url's listed. Go to the bottom of the list and select and copy the last one. Paste it into the "Optional Image" box of the "Post a Response" page here at BWW.
You can also paste the url into the text box rather than the image box, but some of them don't work and will result in a link rather than an image.
I replied.
Do you mean the numbers, Chloe? The thing that wants you to "prove you're a human," or something? Those pop up when you post anonymously on LiveJournal too, so I've seen them around. Is there something bad I don't know about them? I think you have to do it just to make sure that it's not a computerized post, but actually a person who can enter the numbers and validate their personhood, or something.
I knew you couldn't hold out for long :P
But it is one person's opinion, and she's entitled to it. I personally didn't read it, because I don't really care for bad reviews. But if she didn't enjoy it, that's her right, and nothing anyone says will force her to change her mind on what she experienced.
Oh, exactly. That's why I tried (and hopefully succeeded at) not to be too argumentative, per se, but just to present my opinion on the matter. Like, Adam used to tell an extended version of the WSS story, which was that while he didn't like the show, he's friends with Billy Porter, whose arrangement of Maria he really liked, and that turned him on to the song, which he was inspired to write his own version of. Telling that part makes saying that he doesn't like it a bit more sensical, and it makes it seem less arrogant.
That was a good response, Emcee. You weakened her argument and took her grammar to task. If I can figure out how to articulate it, I'll add something too.
The one about the grammar actually isn't me.
I can only see one reply, I don't know if anyone here posted it, but it has nothing to do with Adam at all, it just attacks her on her wording and spelling. This girl is being taken too seriously, if you don't agree, that's fine, there's no need to go attacking her for no real reason.
Em, your's just showed up. I like that it just sorta guided her in the right direction and showed some background. The post above yours just kinda bothered me because it's not proving our point at all. It's kinda proving what outsiders think of our thread how we'll attack anyone who says anything bad about Adam.

I like how I went through that whole post of reasons why NOT to reply, yet did so anyway.
Actually, I meant question mark literally, as in, there were no letters, just a question mark in a little box. They showed up when I refreshed the page however.
I agree that attacking someone's spelling is not the best way of making your point, though it must be satisfying at the time and is certainly popular. In fact, I've been slowly coming to the conclusion that the attack mode doesn't get us anywhere. It just comes off as defensiveness, which leaves the impression that who or whatever we're defending doesn't really have a leg to stand on in itself. You were able to avoid that, Emcee, which is good.
