I'm going to a Billy Joel concert at the end of March. I'm so freakin' excited!
My Facebook says I like all music- even polka. And it's true. Anything that catches my interest is worth listening to. Even if it's bad early 90s hip-hop.
I love Barenaked Ladies. $1,000,000 is my favourite. My dad just got they're greatest hits for Christmas, which we thought was kinda odd because he's never shown an interest before. They were great when they hosted the Junos. (Our Grammies).
I'm going in March as well ... w/in 3 days I'm seeing the Movin' Out tour and the Billy Joel concert. I am goin' Billy Joel crazy!
I imagine you all know that Billy Joel is Adam's idol.
LUCKY!
*pouts*
He has good taste in idols!
yupp Chloe! He picked an awsome idol
I tried to convince my dad to take me to see Movin' Out with the Christmas money my grandma gave us. My stupid brother doesn't really enjoy shows though, so we couldn't because it was supposed to be a family thing. I get it, I wouldn't want him to not enjoy himself, I just want him to like musicals more. Now it's not in Toronto anymore.

The Barenaked Ladies are great.
I love a lot of 90s Alternative music also Ashley.
My favorite artists from the 90s are probably Lit, Eve 6, Stroke 9, Blink 182, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Goo Goo Dolls, Eagle Eye Cherry, Counting Crows, Vertical Horizon, Fastball, Spice Girls, Sugar Ray, Smashing Pumpkins, Third Eye Blind, Train, and the Offspring
He has even admitted to fan girlish behavior in the presence of Billy Joel, which amuses me.
So do I stay up late and read read read or do I get up tomorrow and read all day? I'm kind of enjoying having Anthony's book sit right here and I don't want the anticipation to go away by doing something silly by reading the book.
Read all night. You know you're going to .
I'm definitely in agreement with you guys on the awesomeness of Billy Joel. My parents have some sort of 2-disc Greatest Hits compilation of his, and I so need to add that to my iPod the next time I'm home.
oh, and Why Should I Worry, from Oliver and Company is awesome.
That was the first movie I ever saw, and I love that song!
Anticipation is one of the most pleasurable emotions there is.
I know ... I'm so weak. And I'm blessed/cursed with speed reading. I wish I could slow down but I just can't. It helps because I can get through stuff fast when I want to but it sucks when I want to drag something out. I always finish Harry Potter in a day even if it means not doing anything else. No fun
Yeah, I remember reading something about him talking about geeking out when he met Billy Joel. I don't blame him
haha..yupp JL, i would love to see his fangirl reaction (when seeing Billy Joel)
That stinks CS I got to see Movin' Out a few months before it closed. Great show. I am doing "Scenes from an Italian Restaurant" for dance this year.

Ahh, Katt, I freak out any time anyone mentions the Pumpkins. And they're reforming (sans D'arcy and possibly James, but at least it's a step in the right direction)!
Anyway, I've bored people long enough with my photo posting and babble about music. I've been up since the crack of dawn and am heading to bed. 'Night, everyone.

Heh, that's exactly how I am. My mom is always yelling at me about how it's not worth it for me to actually buy books because I read them so fast.
I saw Movin' Out a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it.

That's how I am too. I finished the last Harry Potter in 3 or 4 hours and then was sad that it was over.
And Goodnight Lexi!
What?! The Smashing Pumpkins are reforming?! Wow... I'm seriously going to have to look into that.
'Night, Lexi! Thanks for the pictures.

Catching up...
I run to get a few groceries and I miss the music convo!
Billy Joel and Elton John are both love. Especially live. I've seen both of them a few times now (and once together)...Those guys are legends for a reason...
Hanson love makes me smile.
80s music is also the best...even the not so good stuff was awesomely bad enough to be fun.

Good night, I think I'll head to bed to, in hopes that I'll get up a little earlier tomorrow. I loved Movin' Out too. I like dance and Billy Joel, and could really relate to the story and that time period.
