Mel, that's exactly how I feel. I like it, but I don't see how it became the show that the squealing teenage girls obsess over.
siamese, if I'm not mistaken, around the time that Adam was considering stepping into the Fiyero role, he was offered the RENT movie.

Posted: 1/26/06 at 9:08pmI really liked Wicked. I'm a complete Wizard of Oz geek, so that probably had something to do with it. And seeing Idina's last actual semi-full performance was just completely amazing. It's not my favorite show EVER, but I do enjoy it and I've seen it 4 times.

Posted: 1/26/06 at 9:13pmI watched a couple years ago, for the first time since I was little and it blew my mind. I didn't realize that the tin man, the lion, and the scarecrow were the farm guys. I have this special edition tape of WoO, that I've had since I was little and they have extra scenes, and one of them is the Jitterbug, and there are people inside the trees making them move. My friend had to point out to me that there were people there.

Posted: 1/26/06 at 9:13pmUgh, laundry. I had to learn how to do it this year because there's no laundromat close enough to my dorm for me to drop it off at. I think my bras are falling apart from being subjected to the washing machine and dryer so often.

Posted: 1/26/06 at 9:15pmI know a lot of people who never saw The Wizard of Oz as children, and then they hated it when they saw it as teenagers or adults. That makes me sad.

Posted: 1/26/06 at 9:18pmYeah, mine just get dirty cuz I can't be bothered to handwash them. I always have it planned so I come home on laundry day. I've got my suitcase full and my laundry bag.

Posted: 1/26/06 at 9:25pmI always feel bad about these things. I honestly don't know who he was, I don't know much people outside of this thread. But at the same time I feel bad, I just never know how to properly post what I feel, so I don't then I feel like I'm a giant ass because I never say anything.
