"who do you think you are" feels very pointed.
I agree, but what does that necessarily have to do with the song being about Adam?
I'm sorry, I'm probably just confused!
Yeah, the "Who do you think you are" part jumped out at me, too... but I think I'd almost have to hear it sung to know whether or not to read into that part.
I really have no clue whether or not it's about him, but it makes for really interesting discussion.
It's Roger's line at the beginning of "Another Day."

oh good observation Chloe.

Hah. To be honest, that didn't even cross my mind. Now I'm embarassed!
Although, on the flip side, it's not exactly an uncommon line when speaking about ex-boyfriends. (Sorry, I'm always such a devil's advocate!)
True, (playing anti-devil's advocate) but she does it kind of playfully. There's no animosity. It feels like a semi-quote to me.

:) I see. I haven't actually heard the song -- again, like the podcast, I should probably listen before commenting.
Sorry, I've been working on something. Perhaps you'll be able to, Lexi.

Okay, backtracking, but when Daphne replies to the interviewer's comment and says "We were no exception- we were crazy about each other" I assumed she was talking about the group as a whole, and saying that the group had such a close-knit bond. So, of course it was practically inevitable for something to happen.
I didn't see it as if she was talking specifically about herself and another castmember, or anyone particular at all.
I'm starting to feel that there are lot of things that went on amongst the cast members that we're never going to hear about, just because they want to keep them private, to be only shared with each other.

Well, of course. I personally have no desire (well, not *no* desire, I am human) to know all the ins and outs.
I'm just happy that they really are friends in real life, and that they share such a powerful bond.
...I sound so corny. Meh.
There are plenty of things I'd love to know, but I really prefer their attitude to the sort of tell-all (or pretend-to-tell-all) stuff you read everywhere these days.

I won't lie -- I'd love to know all the dirty details. Of course, I don't want to see some sort of expose by the keyboard player (granted, I doubt there is that much juicy info anyway), but I'd love to read about everything. I shouldn't be interested, but I am, and I'll gladly admit it.
Maybe someday one of them will write a fascinating, indiscreet memoir. (Anthony's was interesting but quite discreet about everyone but himself.) I'd love to read something by Daphne, actually. She strikes me as a very no BS kind of person.
Well. I think I'm going to bed now -

Me too. She seems to have a way with words as well.

Ahh you guys are like gossip detectives. I LOVE it. :) I wish I hadn't missed Daphne's podcast...stupid rehearsal.
I agree that it can be more fun when they don't tell all, because then it leaves more up to our imaginations and we can have fun guessing. :)

I always miss the good stuff! Alas...
Interesting thoughts and observations though. I wasn't familiar with Daphne's song...now I want to hear it! And agreed to whoever said we'll never hear everything...however, as a really nosey person, I will forever wish for a juicy memoir (Anthony's was great, but he still left enough to the imagination...not a good idea in my book...my brain goes too many places..haha...)
Oy. I don't even think that I had four hours sleep. Cross your fingers for my mom.

I've got my fingers crossed, Bohemian. Thanks for the pics, DI!
Ughhh as it turns out, I can't play the Benefit lottery. Something school-related has come up. I'm not going to lie, I'm a little depressed right now.

aww i'm sorry downtowndiva.
those pictures made me smile. I'm in my school library..hopefully no one will walk by *shifty eyes*
You guys can still listen to Daphne's podcast! (amber/downtowndiva)
It would be interesting to know all the secrets of the rent cast. :P But I think livejournal and IMDB people will go craazzyy. And that would be insane. Imagine the future fanfic..oy.
Hey everyone - thanks for the pictures, D-I. I wanted to mention also that AP Online has recently capped a bunch of Adam's movies, including SOR. They show up better for me, without the squeezing I see on the old version. Here's an example:
haha. I love that guy's outfit. I still haven't listened to *any* of the podcasts. I will soon.
I still haven't listened to Daphne's - I'll do that today.
Spider's outfit is strange indeed, though I could never understand those who found the guy himself fascinating. Who'd want to look at him when you could look at Adam? And I felt that way before I was even a fan.
