Wasn't his hair dark in most/all of the concert pictures from the last couple weeks? I remember being shocked by the darkness recently.
Made a new friend tonight ... was out with friends for coffee and at 8pm I hit my head and said "ACK I FORGOT TO PUSH RECORD AGAIN!" When asked about what I forgot to tape, I just said "Adam's on Martha today." My regular friends knew what I was talking about because I'm on a first name basis with all my celebrity crushes, but the new girl was like huh? And I said Adam Pascal ... her response was, "He's hot. Do you think his wife minds that he spends that kind of money on his hair?"

Ooh, they're selling tickets for the entire house for $20 on Tuesday? That's really cool, I hadn't heard about that.
Raul's eyebrows look lighter than his hair color most of the time.
ETA: Best response ever! She's obviously a cool person.

I'm still in my own little dream world where they announce that it'll be broadcast over the internet in a fight against bootlegs!

That is a great response! But she probably has no problem with it. They're such different people that the only way I can see them (seemingly) getting along so well is that they each let the other be who he/she is. Which can be really difficult - I should know. ::breaks into a chorus of Take Me or Leave Me::

:)
In my search for Martha on You Tube I did see a new segment I hadn't seen before. Some reality show with Mandy (Mandi?) Moore that includes a little (really little) behind the scenes stuff of the Bravo show. It's currently the first hit for his name.

I don't know -- are they really that different of people? They both seem so smiley and happy.
I'm watching it now. I think it's hilarious that they use the few seconds where Mandy actually sounded GOOD on the show. The "I can't help but have a crush on him" line was kinda cute, though.

Yeah, I've seen the actual performance but any little split second is one more split second we get

It was nice to see. Too bad it's so low quality.
They may or may not be similar temperamentally (but I think Adam may be moodier), but their backgrounds seem quite different.

Am I a horrible person because I still don't have either of Adam's cds, nor have I heard them in full? I've been worrying about this lately.

No, but you should get them ASAP! Especially Civilian.

Elphie, I have all of the songs from Civilian, but I've yet to listen to them. I haven't heard anything from Model Prisoner.

Put them on now, Mandi! I found that it's kind of a hard record to get "into," but once you force yourself to listen to them a couple of times, they seem to transform into great songs.

I've listened to bit of some of the songs on Civilian, not a whole song I think. I'm odd. I'll try. Soooon.

I keep meaning to get them, but there's always another cd I end up buying. I'll do it soooon!

You two have to get his CDs and listen to them. Over and over. I agree with Lexi, it does take a little while to get into his music. After a while, you'll love them.

Bohemian...I couldn't resist, and bought one of the $500 tickets.
Here's some more info. You can only get them from the Nederlander box office, not by phone or Internet, and as of 5:30 earlier today, they estimated they had about 140 $500 tickets. Mine is the aisle center seat of the 3rd to last row, so I'm guessing it's probably the last 3 rows.
It is a lot of money...but...ohh, it'll be worth it. It'll just be my birthday present from different members of my family...for the next 3 years

There's still no way that I can afford them.

I'm so stressed out right now!!!!! My tryouts have been driving me crazy!!! I feel like I want to die right now. This dance that I have to do is so fast paced and it's like a 1 1/2 minute dance! I have most of the moves basically, so hopefully I can get them together by tomorrow. I just feel scared because of my "fear of rejection". I know I've gone through this 3 times now and that the worse that can happen is that they'll turn me down again, but I still really want to make it. I probably won't be able to go on before tryouts so if anyone has any last minute words of advice PM me! I'll be on for about another 10 minutes. Think about me tomorrow and please don't eat Taco Bell! (It's another one of my superstitions) I love you all!

wow, WRQ, I want details after the show!!
I just watched Martha on my TiVo and as soon as I saw Adam I was like 'ooh, the BWW Adam thread will be talking about this!' So I hurried on over here.
I LOVE Daddy!Adam. I've always found men to be 10x more attractive when they are being affectionate to children. A man with a beautiful voice who is also a loving husband and father?! I mean, come on! That's about as close to perfection as it gets. Cybele is very lucky. And he seemed so proud of her, too. I love that.
I was also annoyed at Martha. Cybele kept trying to talk about the recipe and her book and Martha wouldn't shut up. She kept interrupting her.
And was anyone else annoyed at the way she was saying "Pascal"?

Sorry Bohemian. I was actually gonna cut a class to do the lotto, but now I don't have to do that.

^ Yes! You think she could have done a bit more research on her guests, and let them finish their sentences when they're in the middle of something.

I mean, you tell me, who would you rather meet in a dark alley? Whatever's out there, or that geezer with his four hundred knives? I mean, who packs four hundred knives? Personally, I only have space for two hundred, three hundred at most.

I was highly amused while making the guitars, when she asked Barry, "you think your son will enjoy these?" "he's only one..." Martha, are you that crazy?
