Chloe, the sad thing is that I probably couldn't identify one work that Nichols has directed. I know of the name, but anything beyond that? Nothing.

I don't know anything off-hand that he has directed, but I probably know more than I think I do. I do know he is married to Diane Sawyer.

Oh for crying out f*cking loud.

Now that's out of my system, the most recent theater Nichols has directed is Spamalot, perhaps not the best advertisement for his talents. He's done a lot more movies lately, including Closer, Angels in America (for HBO), Wit, Primary Colors, and The Birdcage. Obviously a lot of those started out in the theater.

Basically, someone made a series of rude posts insisting that it's her right to believe that Anthony and Adam have a secret relationship and no one can dare to contradict her. The mod stated that everyone should just leave her alone and let her have her "fangirlism."

It's not the Rent LJ, it's the Adam LJ. People are responding in that post and I'm trying to discuss it, but everyone is determined to believe it's their right to "fangirl" over Adam and Anthony's secret relationship and goes off the handle if you disagree.
