I'm looking at the Wireimage pictures from the game and cracking up at some of the signs fans are holding.
"There was this one time an alarm went off - it was in the middle of '24.' That's just wrong. Everyone knows everyone was watching '24' at that time."

Mandi, where is your avatar from?

Ha, they threw money at him? That's priceless. Have they been civil otherwise?

It's been pretty much a mix of cheers and boos, as expected. He tipped his hat at his first at bat, and the cheers really outnumbered the boos at that point especially.
I'll stop before I turn this into a gamethread.

I think it's the inclusion of the actual license plates that makes this so goddamn funny:

That's an awesome sign. I think that's my favorite advertising campaign ever. :)

RENT 10 is over and I feel it's time for a new icon, but I couldn't come up with anything... symbolic. So I just chose a pretty one.

Threadjack: As I was walking home from school, I saw a lady in her car. She looked exactly like Cybele! Well, wih long hair in a pony tail w/ a orange basball cap on. I was kinda depressed actually, since Adam is now across the country from me.
Oh well. Is anybody else eager for the video podcast?!

I can't imagine Cybele wearing an orange baseball cap. She's always so stylish.

Thanks, Lexi. And yes, where *is* that podcast? If we're not going to get one from Adam, we should at least be seeing that video by now.

I know, I've been looking forward to the video one all week.

Hopefully it'll come up sooner or later. I would imagine we would et Adam's first & everybody else's then a big finale w/ the video podcast. But that's just what I'm thinking.

Is it just me or has it been a long time since there's been a new podcast?

I'm assuming they're keeping the Adam podcast for last -- they opened with an attention-getter and probably want to close with one as well. However, it's been over a week, and I really wish they'd post something.

True, that makes sense. I don't really care what they put up, I just hope they update it with something.

It's been a while. I hope they just don't drop the whole idea of the video podcast. :-/

We've had Daphne's for two weeks now. I'm pretty sure there isn't going to be an Adam one, or it would have been put up last week. The next and last one will probably be the video highlights. They seem to be taking a good long time editing it, especially compared to Craig's lightning fast job.

Hopefully, it'll be worth the wait.

Why would they give him a standing ovation (I don't follow baseball).
