So what else is new?
Hotel *lobby* might be more appropriate, but *room* is definitely more fun.

Actually, it was just a box office. Sorry it wasn't more scandalous!

Aw, Emcee, let us keep our scandalous ideas about you. Did anyone else think of this James Barbour mess when the "buddy rule" came up?
Given your interests, wicked, maybe La Boheme makes the most sense. I love Mozart the most, but his may be a little long to start out with. Figaro runs about four hours.

Awww, sorry Em. But technically, a lobby IS a room.

um I never really paid much attention to the necklace. When you have Adam Pascal in front of you there are a million things racing through you mind and almost as many options to look at. but it was a charm on a silver chain. that's all I remember

Chloe, that and Madame Butterfly are the two I keep trying to remind myself to see! I saw the performance of LB at the Tonys and it was so gorgeous!

Alas, the mystery of the orange necklace continues...

Well I can hardly blame you. We've just been wondering about it a lot, having never seen him wear it before, and because of the unusual look of it.

yeah it wasn't too big, it was kinda pretty. I should ask my coworkers. One of the guys couldn't stop talking about the chest hair and how he kept staring at it, so i'm sure he got a good look at it.

Have fun, Elphie. I hope you find something really nice.
Wickedly, hopefully your friend noticed the necklace and the suspense will be over.

Oooh...I wish I could wear yellow, but I'm too pale for it.

Me as well Atrias....my sister wore yellow to prom and looked divine (and most people didn't wear yellow, so she stood out a bit).
It's official, I'm obsessed with the like, 20 second clip of Julia singing "I'm not waiting" on Sh-k-boom's site. My cd needs to be shipped!

I can't wear red, either, so I don't think I'll ever stand out in a crowd.
Whoo, I can listen to Adam online!

Frankly, it sucks to be a pale person with light brown hair and blue eyes. We can't wear dramatic make-up because it looks way *too* dramatic on us. We can't wear vibrant colors because they wash us out. Same with basic black - it's not very basic for us. We're stuck with neutrals and pastels and general blandness.

Even for me though, neutrals are a bit in question...the light ones wash out too much.
Basically, if its not a bright blue or bright pink or purple, I give up. Sad, but true. Which isn't bad in spring and summer. But in the middle of fall wearing bring pink is always a little off (not that I know fashion or care for that matter...but still)...

As for the makeup, you can make earthtones look really good.
I don't have blue eyes, but I don't wear a ton of "vibrant" color on my eyes, either.

Woo, go pale, blue-eyed redheads! I love black. Black is my friend. I wear it so much, I feel like a goth, or some middle-aged woman who wears it all the time because it's "slimming."

I too wear a ton of black. Because I'm so pale.
