My hair is wavy..so I straigten it. Sometimes, if I sleep in it wet, I'll wake up with it really curly.

One the topic of hair, I think I'm getting mine cut next week. I never do anything with it, and I'm thinking about layering. I just want it to feel a bit lighter, especially once it gets warmer out. We'll see.

I'm going to continue growing mine out until my cousin's wedding in June. I never have any idea what the best look of hair for my face shape would be. So I just give the hairstylist a length range and let them do what they want.

Are you having fun in the city?

Yes, it's FANTASTIC, thanks for asking Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?)

So, good/inexpensive restaurants in the vicinity of the Nederlander. And... go!

Do you want sit down restaurants? Or just a place to stop, sit, and eat?

There's a really amazing Kosher deli (which you should TOTALLY go to even if you're not Jewish, its' just that good) on 38th between 7th and 8th. It's called Ben's.

I think you mentioned you're a chinese food fan.

So, Ollie's. It's on 44th and B'way. It's a little hectic, but I highly recommend the food.

You could probably find a pizza place around there. NYC pizza = <3. Seriously, best pizza in the world Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?).

Ash, glad to hear you're having fun in the city. I wish I could meet up with you, Em, and Fantab tomorrow, but I have an 8 AM class on Wednesday Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?)

I'm totally drawing a blank on restaurant suggestions, because I tend to avoid being in Midtown unless I'm specifically going to see a show. Now, if you want to know where to eat in the East Village or Tribeca, I'll give you more places than you'll have time to cover in your next few trips to the city Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?)
I've gotta echo Mel's comments on NYC pizza being the best there is, though Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?)

Aww, that's sad BG! Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?) Maybe next time I'm in the city. Or, as Em says, it's not that late and you should come anyway!

Thanks for the tips, guys... I'll confer with my aunt and let you know if we go to either of those. Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?) Updated On: 3/6/06 at 05:00 PM

I wouldn't know anything. Especially seeing as how my favourite American restaurants no one seems to like. I've been craving Bob Evans and Shoney's for years.

Never been there for breakfast, we usually got that from our hotel or McDonald's drive-thru. I liked Shoney's pasta. And Bob Evans' chicken.

Alo, peeps. Being home sucks... my parents want me to clean just so I can tell them that I did something today. I didn't make a mess, why should I clean up their mess? Booo.

Ash, have fun in the city for me! Jello Shooters, Canadian Style (or maybe some Fireball whisky?)
