If y'all have ever seen Raul's website, that, to me, is how they all should be. Anything you want on him that has to do with his career is all in one place. I don't get along with one of his webmasters, but they do a really good job with it, so credit where it's due.

Just looked at Raul's site. Very nice. Now, someone, please, tell me... why hasn't Adam/ Adam's people done something like this for him?

It's hard for me to believe Sh-k-boom would object--I'd think they'd welcome it...

Kim, instead of a live chat (I've seen transcripts of live chats with celebs and they can get out of hand pretty quickly), I'd like to see a Q&A section. People could submit their questions and he could pick a couple to answer per month. Otherwise, I like your suggestions.

I would assume that Sh-k-Boom feels that having a separate official Adam site would decrease the popularity of their website. Even if it would, it would probably help Adam's career more than it would damage their website stats.

I just think it's really silly for him to not have an official site that actually provides information. Especially with the movie having just come out, can you imagine all the people who went home and googled him afterwards?

I just signed onto AIM and a Rent DVD commercial started playing in the ad at the top and the sound scared the crap out of me because I didn't know where it was coming from.

I think I'm going to watch the commentary first just to see what the big deal is!

Good point on the live chat, SD. I like your Q&A thing better. It would also be easier to manage from a scheduling perspective.

I'd think the extra publicity would be good for Sh-k-Boom... they could be prominently featured on Adam's Official Site.

Oh yeah. It's on the same LJ community as the Adam/Rosario/Tracie threesome and the Adam/Sebastian Arcelus slash. Just learning that these things existed was creepy enough, I don't even want to imagine what reading them would be like.

Well, Sh-k-Boom also seems to be wanting to take their focus onto Ghostlight and the cast recordings -- that's where most of their business is, I think, so even if Adam did have his own official site, it wouldn't hurt them as much as I think it'd help him.

Something in Anthony's book made me wonder-- were Daphne and Adam ever an item? Anthony said something like they'd grown through all of this on and off stage... maybe I just went a bridge too far on that.

Ok. I'm reading the Adam/Idina/Tracie fanfic and I seriously cannot stop laughing. I don't agree with it, I think it's something that should stay in one's personal journal and not published on the internet, but on top of it all -- it's SO poorly written! It's like a horrible romance novel. God.

“You won’t tell your husband?” Adam smiled and tickled her sides so he could sit up.

“No,” Idina sighed. “Promise me something though?”

“What Dina girl?”

“Take care of him Adam boy.”

I mean, what the hell? Dina girl?
