Haha, if his wife probably dressed him... then why does he wear obnoxiously loud shirts the other 90% of the time?
It's not that they would necessarily win in court, as that the other parties rarely have the means to fight on the same level.
Exactly. I think I mentioned that may be one of the reasons he hasn't outed Raul (or why more people aren't outed)... he just doesn't want to deal with a lawsuit, even if Raul couldn't realistically win it.
CS, I'm just in love with all things law-related in general, so don't mind me. :)
She's so cute on her blog. And it's pink. Totally not what I expected.
Don't let your parents figure out what it means, opiv.
Here's why.
Heteroflexible. That's a good word.
The cover story of New York magazine last week was something like "The Ambisexual, Heteroflexible Teen" - it was all about a bunch of kids at one of the elite NYC public schools who all "hook up" with one another.

AAAAAAAAARMS *drools*
Hehe.
ARMS!
I love how just Adam's hands can fit around Rosario's waist.
I hate the people that diss his wife just because there's no reason to bring it up. You're a fan of his work, who he's married to shouldn't make a difference in that.
I like watching law shows, SD. I just find that in conversations a lot of the detail goes over my head and I end up lost.

I just don't like the fangirls who hate SIMPLY because they're like "pft, he should be married to me!!"
Haha, I know! Because, you know, he's going to marry someone who's like, 14.
The man SERIOUSLY DOES NOT OWN ANOTHER T-SHIRT. Jeez.
That begs the question as to whether the shirt was washed between uses!
BG, that magazine is approximately one foot away from me as I type! I honestly couldn't imagine acting like that, much less discussing my behavior with a widely read magazine, especially in high school. Oh, and it was your rival high school, yes?

Well, that would explain why she's not smiling in the pic - she's probably still traumatized by the outfit he wanted to wear or something
I love that. Heteroflexible.
Haha, BG
It really is a good word.
One of these days I've got to scan that picture of Adam's family on the back of Cybele's cookbook. She's smiling and looks very pretty. Maybe she's uncomfortable in these public situations, as she rarely smiles.

But she... rarely... smiles. Heh. I don't know, I'd be effing grinning if I got to walk on the red carpet, not to mention with someone that attractive.

Actually, I can understand it. A good portion of Adam's fans also want to sleep with him and it's easy to blame his wife for "getting in the way." Of course, I doubt he'd be sleeping with 14-year-old fangirls with or without a wife, but young girls obviously don't see that. I can understand considering I loathed the wives of my baseball crushes when I was around 13-14 as well.
She's so pretty, it's a shame she doesn't photograph well. I remember the first time I saw her in person, and I was just like "holy. crap."
The Rentsecrets regarding Adams wife are funny.

I know. What I'm really shocked by (other than the whole "cuddle puddle" concept) is that their parents allowed them to be interviewed and photographed for that article (especially given where some of the photographs were taken and what was going on in them). And yep, that was my "rival" school, I guess - I was actually accepted there but chose not to go. When I went to the open house for prospective students, my mom could not get over how amazing the cafeteria was and what a beautiful view it had. Of course, now she's glad I didn't go there.
Wait, it's a public school, but you applied there? The NYC school system confuses me.
I almost want to find a pretty picture of her just so I can make a happy Rent secret and be like "Leave her alone!"
Which school are we talking about? Stuy?
I think that she's pretty, and the rentsecrets about her are usually really, excessively rude. "You could do better, Adam"... and it wasn't a bad picture of her! Argh.
Public as in they're still free, but you have to apply to go, I think?
Skittles - there are a few NYC public high school that you have to test and/or audition to get into. They're the NYC Specialized high schools, but they're still public and free.
The NYC school system confuses me.
Join the club. Basically, most zoned high schools are really s**tty, but there are many schools with specialized programs that you can apply to. I think this part may have been changed, but when I applied to high school, you had to rank the programs you were applying to in order of choice, and most of the really good ones (including the high school I attended) would only consider your application if you placed them as your first choice. There were also 3 (now 6) specialized high schools where admission was based on your score on a standardized test separate from the rest of the applications process. The best of those schools was Stuyvesant, the school the kids in the New Yorker article go to.

Yeah, those secrets are so immature and obnoxious. Did you see the one about Matt Caplan's fiance last week? It was so pathetic, I had to laugh.
Heh, it seems like the only thing capable of killing the Adam thread is an explanation of the NYC high school application process. *is highly amused by this knowledge*
The Matt Caplan one was pathetic. Cut your hair? WTF?! At least think of a decent insult.

BG, that surprised me as well. My parents would absolutely kill me if I were to appear in an article of that nature.
I think that background photo of that "you could do better" rentsecret wasn't a good photo of her, but frankly, I think she just looks like an average woman. Not gorgeous, not unattractive... and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I'm not just saying that to sound "mature" -- this is coming from someone who posted about Adam's nipple a few pages ago -- but I honestly have no problem with it. Most people aren't going to stay single forever, and it's actually refreshing to see someone I admire marry someone who isn't a bimbo.
