I've never seen SATC. Whoops.

I didn't know it was a part of the show, either. He has beautiful eyes, though.
Back to what Angela posted for a minute (and as kind of a tie-in to the Rosario discussion), I think that anyone who is cool with recording a story about trying to slip tongue into another woman's mouth to be heard by the public and answering a question asking if she was as hot in person as on film with a definitive "yes" is probably pretty secure in his marriage. Granted, as some of you know, I'm a very idealistic person, but from what I've gathered from doing a little research of sorts into extramarital affairs (not in showbiz, but in a different realm), someone who is a repetitive cheater would never dare to make comments such as that.

Emcee, what's reserved for narcissistic gay men? I got kind of lost back there.
Ooh, me neither Mandi. Yay for there being someone else.
Lexi, that's a really good point. I totally agree.

I agree Lexi, if a person was trying to hide their affair they obviously wouldn't say "I tried to slip some toungue in". Oh, Adam.
I didn't mean to stir anything up, just brought up the deluded Adam/Rosario rumors as an indication that their on-screen chemistry worked really well for some people. They're not even really rumors, more like fantasies.

Wait, you brought up rumors? I thought Angela brought up rumors about Rosario/Adam out of left field, and that's why I felt compelled to say that. ::goes back a page::
ETA: Oooh, you edited and I missed it.

I loved Smith! He was my favorite of Samantha's boyfriends. He just fit her so perfectly. Richard wasn't good- he matched her personality *too* well, so when she started to change but refused to admit that she was, it didn't work. Smith pushed Samantha's boundaries, but not so far that she couldn't handle it- he was just what she needed.
Um, yeah, I loved SATC.
But if we're talking about my choice between him and Adam, I agree with Lexi.

Haha, I knew I'd find some support on the ADAM PASCAL LOVE THREAD.
Well, it's not like I was saying that I'd kick Adam out of bed.
I loved SATC too, skittles. I've seen every episode, a lot of them multiple times. I don't actually remember any of Sam's relationships besides Richard and Smith, but I suspect that's because she never seemed to have any others that lasted more than one episode.

I've never seen SATC.
To change the subject a moment, there's a thread on the main board about Cyndi Lauper stopping the show a few moments to reprimand a couple of people taking pictures during 3Penny. Except for one or two posters, everyone is commending her for stopping their disruptive behavior. There was a similar incident with an actor in History Boys objecting to cell phones ringing a little while ago.
Now, I'm not sure how many of you were around at the time, but during Aida's last show back in September of 2004, there were literally hundreds of flashbulbs going off. Finally during the tomb scene, which was practically whited out, Adam turned and glared at the audience, which stopped all the picture-taking immediately. You wouldn't believe how he got lambasted for doing that, how it was so unprofessional of him to go out of character that way - and he didn't even SAY anything. There was even a nasty item in the NY Post about it. Oh, the hypocrisy!

Wasn't the item in the Post about someone supposedly overhearing him shriek "hello, I'm SWEATING!" to people backstage and asking them to wipe his brow? Maybe it was both; I just remembered this part.
Oh, how I hope he said that.
LOL at all the internet rumors. I always say that if I ever become famous (hahaha) I'd never deny ANY rumor. Gossip can get so ridiculous that I'm sure it'd be funny to say yes to them all and have people scratching their heads.
I've never see SATC either.
Ohhhh! I watched AIDA (not live, I've never been to Broadway, I hate flying) and I thought Adam was really good! :)
It was both. The glaring, known as the "death stare" here on the thread, was public of course, but who knows about the other thing. Aside from the fact that I can't believe Adam has ever shrieked in his life, it all stinks of jealous chorus boy phoning in a slanted story about Adam to the Post, which never bothers to check out these kinds of things.

ME TOO. I'm not sure if I can exactly picture it, but it seems like an awfully random story for the Post to write if it weren't true, especially considering he's not a huge star.
Anyway, Chloe, I do agree with the overall sentiment of your post. It's probably an unfortunate consequence of Adam being the type of star that he is. If Idina Menzel did a similar thing, I'm sure she'd be trashed as well.
ETA: You do have a point about it potentially being from a jealous cast member, though. Who knows? It could be a story with a bit of truth behind it but extremely exaggerated. Like most gossip items.
What did you think of Aida, She?
Updated On: 6/27/06 at 12:56 AM
I should have mentioned earlier that this was on Page Six, the big gossip page. It wasn't a news story, and I kind of doubt the Post had a reporter backstage at Aida.
Yeah, it sounds like total gossip. But... the idea of Adam shrieking that is just really, really funny.

I can't imagine what an Adam shriek would sound like.
Maybe he'd use his patented ditzy girl voice.

hehe
Ok. This is my first time on the computer in awhile. My mom, being the person she is, made a bet with me that I wouldn't go on the computer for 48 hours. Well I held up my end of the bet and now she owes me 30 bucks. Anyway, it looks like I have some stuff to catch up on. Just wanted to let you all know what was going on.
Yay Dancin! Lucky you I've done it before, but my parents cerntainliy wouldn't give me money for it.
