They're on a Friday and Saturday night, which makes things easier.
Ooh. That does. I have no classes Fridays!! Are they consecutive?
Even better!
When were the dates again?
No problem everybody I really really wanna go. I think I can, since I go to FLushing all the time.
I think the Flushing one is on a Saturday, so I supose you might not have to skip any classes, Em.
ETA: Wow, Chloe you are fast. Sometimes we always type about the same things, but you're faster.
Aww, yay! I'm so excited for you guys!
And there are some good reasons for skipping classes. I think Adam qualifies.
ETA: Although not having to skip at all is preferable, obviously. It's cool that they might be on weekends.

Hehe, well, I don't have to! (Not that I haven't. *embarassed shuffle*) It's a habit I should keep under control, though. heh.
Here are the dates: Oct. 13 (Friday) in Bay Shore, about an hour and a quarter train ride from Penn Station, and Oct. 14 (Saturday, duh) in Flushing, Queens.

Yeah, totally going to both of them. Angela, can you email them back asking when tickets will go on sale?
Oh, that's so exciting!

Hey everyone - Adam sighting at Rent in LA.

Absolutly Elphie!!!!! It would be great if he came here. I would be the happiest person on the planet!
Thanks, Chloe, I probably wouldn't have checked that thread had you not mentioned it.
Me either.
Am I the only one who's shocked that he voluntarily saw the show?

Considering he's hosting an event featuring songs sung by the cast members, he probably went to get a feel for what to expect at the Rent/TTB event. He probably wanted to be able to say more than "this is Jed" at Saturday's event.
No, Em, I found it surprising as well. Especially after that E! News interview where he said he hadn't even been at the Nederlander in 5 years.
Lexi, I was thinking something more along the lines of "OMG JED!"

Skittles, would Adam send Jed flowers, too? Anonymously?
I wonder what he thought of the show. Even some of the early RENTheads that I know have sort of gotten out of it recently because they feel that the recent casts have been lacking. I'm sure that's probably amplified for someone who was actually in the original cast.
Ha, Jed.
Exactly. Like, he won't go to the Nederlander but he goes to see a tour? Maybe it has something to do with the thing he's doing with the cast.

Yes, I think that has everything to do with it. I also wonder what he (or any of the OBC members, for that matter) think of the recent casts, but I wouldn't take his remarks in the Rent/TTB benefit as complete truth. I mean, what is he supposed to say about poor Fernandez? "Well, she kind of sucks, but she tries!"
Did he actually *see* the show?
I wouldn't put that past him.

I wouldn't either.
*bump bump from page 2*
I was totally going to get him to sign my playbill "OMG Jed", but I chickened out. They were all in a hurry for food. I did get a picture though, with a nicely framed Tim's sign in the background.
