I still have to get my mom to watch the movie.
I'm wondering if she'll have much to say right after, or if she'll have to let it sit for a while before she has thoughts to share on it. We'll see. She's seeing it in about four weeks.
Maybe I'll post about that thing on the Main Board, get the word out. Glad he's keepin' busy, though.
My internet connection was out all of last night and I was going through withdrawal. We also had a big storm come through, and my DSL always seems to go out during storms.
Glad to hear about the show on Saturday. I gather Adam won't be performing, but it would still be great to hear about it. This is when we need someone like Emcee out on the west coast - someone who will tell us ALL the details.
What an insanely unflattering picture.

LOL. They definitely photoshopped whoever was standing next to him out of the picture. Not even. They just colored with black over his face.

Wow! You're right Em, that picture really is unflattering.
"What an insanely unflattering picture."
The first thing I thought of when I saw that picture was, there's Adam's dad's double chin.

Out of all the pictures of Adam, they had to choose that one. What were they thinking?

Haha, Mandi, Microsoft Paint much?
Wow, not my favorite. Photoshopped, def.
After not getting a response from the r/j productions people about Adam's shows being confirmed, I sent the same e-mail last night & got a response today Here's what it says:
Those dates are confirmed. There may be more coming around the same time- though I can not confirm that right now.
Yay!
Thanks for sharing that, Angela. Really good news, especially as they seem to book a lot in the NYC area.

Yes, thanks a bunch for sharing that information! I have to add a "yay!" as well!
Someone on his IMDb board has said she's definitely going to both the live show on Saturday and one of Adam's performances, and will write very detailed reviews. She writes well, too, so I'm really looking forward to that.
Wait, I'm confused. What did Angela e-mail them about?
The two October shows listed by r/j productions, one in Bay Shore and the other in Flushing.
OH! Wow! Well, that IS happy news indeed!! I hope I'm able to go... no more playing hookey this semester, I swear.
Don't worry Em, when October rolls around I have no problems being the devil on your shoulder telling you to skip for Adam.
Psh, if they don't take attendance, it doesn't count as skipping.
Ooh! Awesome news. And Lexi, our road trip is back on!
You're a bad influence! =P
Well, last semester was an anomaly in that I had late classes, which I refuse for many reasons to schedule, ever again. So, it shouldn't be a problem. I think I'm done by four Fall semester.
Yes! *finds brownie recipe*
I believe it's completely justified to skip for Adam, especially because he doesn't live in New York anymore and so a performance by him is now a rarity for you.

Hee, Fantab. I'm so excited to see you again! One more month.
I'm assuming that means my top-secret plans with skittles are still on, too.
... KIDDING, people.
Congrats to picturetaker for emailing them. Now we don't have to wonder anymore.
Yeah, thanks, picturetaker!! Wow. This is such good news. Given the distance I don't know if I can make it to both, but I will do all in my power to get to one.
Oh. So happy.
