If you... get stuck? I guess?
You could get stuck on an airplane. Or in a regular train. Or on a bus in traffic. Or in a taxi.
Right, but this would be stuck underground. I mean, I'm pretty sure that's why they don't like me to use it.
Right, but...not to undermine their concerns or anything, but don't you have an inhaler? I know if you have a serious attack, it's not enough, probably, but...They let you fly, right? You're pretty much stuck in the air. It really seems overly cautious, especially since you've been doing it for two years with no problems.
I'm sorry, that was not at all coherent.
Maybe it's relative lack of climate control if the power goes that concerns them. Thank god nothing like that has ever happened to me.
Probably that, and air quality concerns. Honestly, I think some of their concern IS valid, but it's overboard.
Regardless, I have a feeling you'll work out a way to make it to the Queens show one way or another. This is starting to remind me of last fall a little.
Well, I would go on the subway. It's not even that far, at all.
And I'll think about the driving possibility. It probably will be easier than I think.
Well, I'm off to bed. This is all really exciting!
'night!
Mmm, pretty avatar, Em. I just read the article today.
Rauuuuuly.
I'm kind of angry that they chose to put him in the issue with Lindsay Lohan on the cover.
That article about Lindsay Lohan made me sort of dislike her. And I liked her before.
I so did not read it. What did it say?
I read part of it...mostly she was acting kind of arrogant. Did anyone read that letter about her unprofessionalism?
I heard about that. Well, some people can cope with fame better than others, I suppose. My shows are all over now, which is too bad. I had a wonderful time. So now it's back to school mode, which is something I'm really not ready for. Tomorrow's my last day of work also. I work at Barnes & Noble. They don't usually hire highschool kids, and some of the adults give me odd looks when they come to my station asking for book recommendations. I don't get to work in music because I tend to get in arguments with boys at least five years my junior if they ask for suggestions. Apparently telling people that the Beatles are better than AC/DC qualifies as antagonizing customers.
Regarding Lindsay Lohan, I think very few people are prepared to deal with celebrity as it exists now, and those that are fall into two categories: sociopaths who are very good at manipulation, and the phenomenally mature and level-headed. For the rest, I can only imagine how easy it is to fall into one of the dozens of pitfalls in their path. Some are stupid and greedy and only too eager to prove it, while others do their best and still can't handle it.
It sounds like you had a good summer, Ariella.

Wow, I had no idea you were still in high school, Ariella. I always assumed you were talking about college when you referenced school. Anyway, I always wanted to work at Barnes & Noble in high school, but they weren't hiring when I needed a job.
Ahh, tomorrow!
Lexi, who is that in your avatar?

Marilyn Monroe! It's from her earlier, less glam days. I really like quite a few of the photos before she underwent her Hollywood transformation.
Oh, okay. I knew she looked vaguely familiar.
What's the first thing you're planning to do in the city when you get the time?
*slams head into a wall*
What's wrong, Atrias?

That's a great question! I'd normally say go shopping, but I have to be so careful with my money. Actually, next Tuesday will probably be the first time I HAVE any free time, so... go to Sweeney.
