Does he have virus protection that's continually updated? If not and it's a PC that's online a lot, there's no way it doesn't have viruses. Someone I used to work with had a PC and was lazy about virus protection. He ended up with 158 of them.
But I guess your real problem is that everyone is yelling at you. Try to bring down the volume by calmly but firmly telling them that there's no way you could have caused the problems, and the computer probably needs to be serviced to find out what's wrong.

if your brother is having all of these problems, he should probably get a new laptop or have it professionally fixed. Sounds like it needs to be upgraded or something. What about your computer/laptop?
ETA: Adding onto to Chole's virus protection tidbit, I recommend Windows Defender. I have it & it my computer gets checked everyday. I haven't had a virus or any spyware in awhile.
I also recommend Mozilla Firefox.

My brother just got his computer in September. We tried to get the address bar, but it was blocked out for some reason. I'm tired of being blamed for breaking his computer.
On another note, my crap is filling the hall, bathroom, and my room because I have no room for anything. I'm going through the process of clearing out my room so that I have room for it all. It's slow because I work 40-hours a week and am tired when I get home. I feel like all I've done in the past month is packing/unpacking and I'm not motivated to do that now.
I just want my mom to get off my back.
Sorry, to bother you all with this, I really needed to rant a bit.

The joys of moving back home.
In other news, hot guy friended me on myspace. And then I worked up the courage to send him a message and our picture. Maybe I should stop calling him hot guy as my photobucket account is my bww sn.

Thanks everyone. I just finished emptying out one of my closets, it was very cathartic (if I'm correct in what that word means). But now I must sleep, stupid 7 am work.

Posted: 5/16/06 at 11:42pmI'm glad you feel better (and cathartic means a purgation of the feelings, so I think you've got it right). Sleep well.

Hey, along the lines of what Chloe posted from Off-Broadway Off Campus... I messaged them through myspace a month ago to tell them I enjoyed Adam's show. They just sent me this message today:
Hi Jenny!
Thank you so much for your kind words, and we are very excited to hear that it was a positive and fun experience for you. He will be touring again next year, so if your school would like to have him back, please feel free to contact us, thanks again!
Considering the show was is Indiana and they said to contact them to have him back, I'm assuming he's willing to come back to this part of the country again next year. Although, I'm not entirely sure they paid too much attention to my original message because I did mention I didn't go to the school and had no power to invite him back.
But I'm choosing to remain positive and assume that he will be touring nearby and along the east coast in a year or so. He'll probably tour the west coast this fall, don't you think?

It sounds as though he'll go where people are willing and able to have him -- so, he may not just go to New York on his own and play Joe's Pub; he might only go where schools will put out the cash, etc, which could be why the locations for the first tour were so random.
I'd *love* to make this happen at my school, but I don't think I'm even going to put the time in looking into it, because it's not a possibility.

Is he definitly coming to Bayshore? I hope so.
I just found out that Nicole Kidman and Jack Black are filming a movie in my town! On the way home yesterday I saw the movie set, i'm going to try to stop today. They also filmed right on my friend's road which was neat.

yes..I hope it's a comedy, because I just can't take Jack Black seriously.
They don't have a title for the movie yet and I have no idea what it's about.

How long is Adam touring anyway? I really wish he would come more to the the midwest. We're Adam deprived.

From Off-Broadway's latest posts, it sounds like they're looking to put something together for next year and are just starting on it. At least they're willing to consider anywhere. I wonder if the fall west coast tour is still on or not. They haven't said anything about that, and we were just inferring from second-hand news about that.

Chloe - From talking with Adam's booking agent, it seems as though the fall west coast university tour is still definitely on. I think they've already booked some dates, of which I hope my university will be a part of. I'll see if I can get some more information from him the next time I talk to him.
And did you get my reply in regards to the OBC singing U2? It's on YouTube as a flash video. :)

Next year, Adam should go to Chicago.

Thanks, Connie, I did get to see the U2 song. They did a great job with it.
So it seems the west coast tour is definite. I wonder if he'll do any of the new material he'll supposedly be recording this summer.

Chloe - I just asked Dan Lavender, Adam's booking agent in regards to whether Adam was going to perform on both coasts and he said yes. So supposedly the tour is now on a national level. :)
Good for you New Yorkers who miss Adam already.

Posted: 5/18/06 at 4:26pmIs this really all I missed the past two days? *tsk, tsk* but I guess there's not much to talk about anyway. I saw Spamalot last night and I thought it was absolutly hilarious. I loved it and I think I might drag my family along to see it with me again. I really hope that Adam comes to Chicago. That would be awesome, maye my mom would let me actually go to his concert this time.
