awww, cuuuuute.
He looks tan.
This play I saw today had a bit on how stupid and superficial LA is, and how shallow the people there are. I laughed.
Thank you so much, Chloe!

Ooooh, pretty...
OT: Have I mentioned how much I love Hugh Jackman? (just got back from X3)
What play did you see, Emcee?
I've never been able to get into Hugh Jackman, for some reason, but I'm very picky.
Based on a Totally True Story.
Ironically enough, there's a guy named Pedro Pascal in it. :) And he's cute!
That's an odd combination of Spanish and French, and I can't help feeling that there should be only one Pascal on the stage here, but I guess Adam's left the field open at this point. At least he's cute.
My mom was joking that I should find out his vitals, and meet him, or whatever. She's dying to marry me off, it seems. He's very talented, too.

Oooh, Em, he isn't bad looking at all. Do you have any idea how old he is? Or is he another Mano?
He's a cutie, isn't he? And he played this sweet gay guy, it was just... ugh. I saw him in another play recently, and he played a Spanish dude who didn't wear many clothes.
I have no idea how old he is. He's never been on Broadway, so he has no IBDB profile. This *might* be his IMDB profile; it seems like it matches up with his Playbill bio, but it has no birth year, anyway.

Spanish dude who didn't wear many clothes.
Haha.
So he was born Pedro Balmaceda but is using Pedro Pascal as his stage name?
That's what it seems like.
I just looked in his BWW photo gallery, and those pictures do NOT do him justice. At all. He's pretty.

I actually thought he looked good in the BWW pictures. Maybe I just have low standards. :P
I think my mom wanted me to assume he and Adam were related.
I'm bored, so I did a search. He has an IOBDB, but it's not informitive.
It would be ironic if you ended up marrying someone named Pascal, Emcee. Of course the odds are a bit against you when we're talking about a theater guy.
I don't know why your mom's in such a hurry. You're just a baby!
He's probably gay, anyway.
I don't know, either. I think she worries that people at home will think I'm a lesbian if I don't start coming home with boyfriends. *rolls eyes*

My friend's mom is essentially encouraging my friend to settle down with the one and only boyfriend she's ever had. It's extremely sad. She's going to college a few states away, and her boyfriend is transferring from our local college to a college near her. I think she should really experience college without being tied down to someone, at least for a little while.
What's weird is that when my mom hears about people who are in *really* serious relationships this early, or were in them in high school and still are, etc, she always questions how it's possible to be in a serious relationship that early. Yet today, she was like "well, I met your father in college!"
Lexi, is she Jewish?
Oy, mothers.

No, she's not. I really have no idea why she's pushing the relationship so much, especially considering he isn't exactly a great catch.
Maybe she likes him too and there's a little transference going on. Also some mothers seem to take it as a reflection on them if their daughters don't marry young.
I'm doing this crossword puzzle, and one of the clues is "RENT's ____ Pascal"
Made me smile.

HA! Seriously? What crossword?

I probably shouldn't judge, because I don't exactly have a boyfriend.
Aw. Where is the crossword from, Mandi?
Yes, which one? Making it into a crossword puzzle means you've reached a certain level of fame.
