That's too bad, but at least you've got your best friend to go with. Maybe she'll end up loving it too.
And I was having fun imagining how to casually get your friends into the movie - you know, take a drive around town and past the theater, feign surprise that there's some crazy movie called RENT playing and suggest you all see it just for kicks.
I'm trying to get a group of friends to see it with me. Otherwise, they might never go.
My DAD wants to see it with me. How AWKWARD is that going to be? I told him we could go together, but only after I've seen it at least once.
**gasp**
Chloe, you told when my birthday is.. **runs away**
Hehe, nice Sig EM..

Welcome to life, Thenardier.
Elphie, I know how that is. My mother expressed intrest in seeing it. And she didn't even like the stage show, except for SOL.
*pat* Nard, I'm like a doorknob! I have to give everybody a turn!
Life sucks.
I am saddened.
It's a good thing you edited my wall you stone-cold, heartless BITCH!
::indulges in peanut butter::
umm wow
heh, I love your wall, nard!
My parents haven't seen the show. My mom has heard some of the music, because my little sister like to play "Today 4 U" and sing along to it. I put the movie screensaver of all people on her computer. Everytime she sees Angel's picture or hears the song, she goes "Is that the boy, or the girl?" I'm just like, "Yeah."
I have a feeling my dad would hate the show, because he hates loud music. He *might* like the movie more, because I feel like the sound will be less invasive. We shall see.
"*pat* Nard, I'm like a doorknob! I have to give everybody a turn!"
Well, you turned that around on me well.
Damn you knob!

The sound better rock. The people who worked on American Idiot are doing it, so it ought to.
Your sister sings Today 4 U? I take it she does not know what it's about?
"Nard, I'm like a doorknob! I have to give everybody a turn!"
Ooooo, em, dirty...
Well, I'm not sure. I mean, she knows Angel's really a guy, because she asked me. You should have seen her face when she first heard the song. It was priceless. (It was similar to the face she made when I told her Adam was married.) She doesn't really know why Angel dresses like a girl, though. She's pretty sheltered, so I haven't let her listen to a lot of the songs, but there was no profanity in this one, even though it can raise some awkward questions.

You have NOOOO idea!
Well, it was joke; I just repeat!

I was sheltered, too. Then I found the internet. Everything they say about how it affects development is true.
Suuuuuuure it was, Em.
Well, I'm trying to shelter my sister as much as possible, but if she is sheltered, then I don't know what I was! She probably knew more stuff in the 4th grade than I did in middle school!
So now you are blaming your corruption on the net Nia??
by the way how are your art projects going?

Oh, fourth grade. Well, let her have her childhood.
I think freshman year of high school was the biggest eye-opener for me.
Personally, I think sheltering kids too much is more detrimental in the long run than beneficient...
And, Em, honey, sure. You keep telling yourself that.
