I was so bored in Latin today that I started a story about the Adam love threaders. I'll post it later if you like.
aw, I think that would make me smile.
I was bored in theatre history, and my mind wandered, but I can't really say where. It's inappropriate. :X

Oh, I bet it did.
For Atrias when she comes back- I'd like to read your story.
Psh, I got bored. And....
I have no better excuse.

I'm really starting to hate school. It interferes with learning. They give me so much work that I spend all my time either trying to get through it or griping. By the time I'm finished, I'm too tired to try to absorb anything.
We had this conversation last night.
And even now that I'm out of high school, I still just want to LEARN. I don't want to worry about exams.
I should've gone to one of those hippie schools that doesn't believe in grades.
Ugh. uuuugh.

I want to go to one of those, but I also don't want to go somewhere with real fake hippies who do drugs, slack off and think they know everything.
I guess learning is for after college. Joy and happiness. [/sarcasm]
I think the concept of schools that don't give grades is something I pulled out of the sky. I don't think they *actually* exist anymore. There are schools that don't give exams, though.

I do know of one college like that, but it's fourth-tier and the girl I know who's attending it went there specifically for the drugs. That's not to say that only the not-so-great places have that problem, though. Did you know that at one point in the seventies, 85% of the United States' cocaine passed through Gambier, Ohio and was regulated by a group of students at Kenyon? My friend's brother goes there and according to her, this is a true statistic. Kenyon's a really highly ranked school, too. Then again, maybe the kids got in there because they were smart enough to realize how profitable drug trafficking is.
Hippies + drugs = obviously common. You can't have it both ways, I suppose.
I know someone who goes to Kenyon... but she's someone with whom I'm VERY glad to have lost touch, so I don't know much about the school.
My friend goes to Lehigh, and one day he was like 'did you know that we're the NUMBER ONE party school?! Who knew?!" I find it odd that if it were bad enough to be numero uno, he couldn'te tell it was that bad. The ranking changes like every day, though -- there's no *true* way to measure that crap.

The ranking of things like that is so inconsistent. Who votes? How many of them do it as a joke? How many exaggerate? What matters is that you can find people to hang out with and not feel completely alienated.
Off to read. *wave*

Do teachers think that cramming information into our heads combined with hours of homework is really the best way to actually absorb stuff?
Fools.
*cries*
Regardless, we're slaves to the system. So with that, to cram I go.
Fwee,I'm back. Piano lessons are a bother. I'll post the story in a minute. Anyone volunteer to pick up where I left off?
This should be fun.

Bump for Adam.....and because I'm bored.
*sigh* I'm back from the dead! I got spontaneously sick last night. I really will post my story in a few minutes now.
As long as you're feeling better now!
I'm going to study more, but I'll read it later, whenever I return.
Just popping in to say hi.. How is everyone?
Ooo a story Atrias?
Okaaay, here we go. Someone has to pick up where I left off, because I really only wrote the introduction.
Once upon a time, in the kingdom of BroadwayWorld, there lived a group of girls (and a few boys)with an undying passion for one man. They filled the kingdom with declarations of their love and devotion, and created a great meeting place that spanned three sections, for the magnitude of their love could not be contained in one. Their devotion to their object of worship bound the girls to each other, creating a friendship that stretched over space and time. They were the members of the Official Adam Pascal Love Thread.
Next person's turn!
