wound up being nothing interesting. Just a "holiday movie" set of clips. Someone on the Anthony Rapp thread on the main board mentioned seeing a Rent interview w/ Rosario, Adam, Anthony, and Taye last night so I was hoping it'd be interesting. Oh well!

Oh well - everything is so relative! If this had been the first time any clips were shown it would have been very exciting. What show were the interviews on last night?

ETA: Nevermind, I just looked it up:

Some of the Rent cast where on TV One Access on the TV Guide Channel just a few minutes ago.

Rosario interviewed Adam and sang "they say that I have the best a** below 14th street, is it true?" and he said "yes, it's true guys, she does have a great a**" then she asked how many minutes are in a year and he laughed and said "oh, I get it, like the song right?" surely that was sarcastic... haha

(Yeah, I'd say so)

arrrrrrghghghghghg!!!!! I flipped to the channel I get that actually is TV One because it said that TV One Access show was on at 9. It was all stuff about Usher and random stuff so I started flipping ... wouldn't you konw that when I flipped back it was Rent stuff.

It had Rosario sitting with the interview guy singing the "They say I have the best ..." line to Adam. He made funny faces and then said "Yes, all you out there should know that Rosario has a GREAT a**." They were wearing different outfits than I have seen in other stuff and it really looked like a 6 second clip from something longer.

Then Anthony was sitting with the interview guy and interviewing Taye ... "When you got the part in Stella you ran naked through the Nederlander" and Taye says something like yes and I saw you peeking. Anthony's other question was something about when did you first notice Idina and Taye said pretty much immediately because of her curves to which Anthony replied, "Didn't you have a girlfriend then?"

Sigh ... maybe it'll be on again? I can't believe I didn't just tape it just in case.

6 AM? Damn, I might have actually been able to catch it if it were a bit earlier (my family is going on a cruise from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve, and I know our flight is leaving ridiculously early in the morning. I'll probably be at the airport by 6 AM on Christmas Eve).

Mandi, did you see the pics I posted last night from the premiere afterparty?

Hmmm ... I'm having mental issues thinking he looks like Annie but also thinking he looks pretty cute. Does that make me disturbed?!? :)

Also ... everyone else seems to be in their own clothes, but those look more like Roger clothes than Adam clothes. And he's wearing his wedding ring instead of his Roger rings. This one he is wearing the same stuff but now Rosario's in Mimi clothes.

The RENT movie is like someone you've just met who gives you a big hug. If you are attracted to the person, it feels wonderful. If you are unsure or repelled, it feels awful. Most movies offer merely a polite handshake. That's my theory on why reactions have been so extreme.

See the only test I have is tomorrow, ridiculously easy but lots of essays, think I'm down to one more I have to do tomorrow...I have a ticket to the BWW holiday party but I don't know if I can drive down and back and do the essay w/ an early class the next day.

If anyone is lucky and has less work than me and wants to go, let me know.
