"Heh, BG. Don't get me wrong, the brown looked good on him and the shirt fit quite nicely, but I felt like that's something a 17-year-old boy in my grade would wear, not a mid 30s guy!"
Yeah, it's definitely a "young" style. The freaky thing is that between the hairstyle, the relatively clean-shaven look, and the clothes, Adam actually looked like he could have been a college or high school student (or at least someone who plays one on TV).
"To be fair, our English teacher fast forwarded through some of the parts he deemed too boring too watch, so... heh."
Heh, after my 8th grade English class read Romeo & Juliet, our teacher showed us the movie and held a manila folder in front of the TV during the love scene to shield our eyes from it. I was rather amused by that because I'm sure at least half the class had already done what was being depicted onscreen.
OMG! My English tacher did that, too! Well, actually, she fast forwarded. Silly lady.
I LOVE "The Crucible". I saw the play first, then read it. It's one of those plays that makes my head hurt because it's NOT FAIR, but I think it's a great play.

Our English class had a class joke that centered around Romeo and Juliet in my freshman year. *shakes head* Talk about misinterpretations.

I love Arthur Miller's work. Death of a Salesman is amazing, as is The Crucible (IMO). I always thought John Proctor was such a sexy character (shut up, haha).

Well, our ninth grade English teacher was a pervert (who later had sexual harassment charges filed against him) and was pretty much glued to the screen himself. :X
Yikes! That's not cool!
I LOVE Death of a Salesman, too. I think I like it better than The Crucible.
Guys? I think I've found us a group motto.
Even though it was depressing as hell, I really enjoyed reading Ethan Frome - I just felt as though the book painted such a rich portrait of those characters and the tensions between them.
What's our motto?
'The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time.'
~Bertrand Russell, 1872-1970
I loved "Ethan Frome"! Not the movie, so much, though.
I like that motto!
It sort of sums up my existence on this site.
That's a good one!
I'm about to waste some time. In bed. Because my parents are incapable of understanding that I can't fall asleep before 11 these days. Adieu!
I like it!
night, Atrias.
Yay! I'm glad you all approve.
Good Night, Atrias!
Well, I've got mad amounts of Biology to read before tomorrow...so I'm going to head out and go do that. I'll talk to you all later.
I give the motto two thumbs up. Job well done Elphie!
Bye Mandi.
