The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part three — Page 597

Me too Elphie. They just re-opened it here

---

I wanted to go see Brokeback Mountain tomorrow, but it's supposed to snow, so I'll probably just end up sitting in front of my computer all day pouting about the ****ty weather

---

The music was really great. I love movie scores, so I'll probably pick this one up at some point.

I was doing something with the TV on in the background and as soon as that guitar started up, I looked up to see the commercial. The music is just so distinctive.

---

It's really evocative. It's time-to-glue-your-face-to-the-TV music.

Hm, I've seen a LOT of commericals for it here. Anyway, I feel so lost amidst the Brokeback Mountain talk, as I haven't seen it and don't really have a burning desire to (why I have no idea). I think the more the movie is hyped, the less I actually want to see it. That happens to me and so many films!

I'm not attempting to threadjack -- in fact, I'd feel bad if you don't continue talking about BBM -- but I just had the worst two days. I sat in a freezing cold bus on the way for a couple hours on the way to a debate tournament on Friday, finished Friday's rounds at 9 PM, and arrived at the hotel. It was the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen! The shower floor was absolutely black, the sheets looked dirty, everything in the room had a layer of dust on top of it... ew. On top of that, there are four girls in one room and the person I was supposed to share a bed with was severely obese and smelled, so I had to sleep on the floor. I actually ended up taking second place, but the activity is so snooze-worthy that it really negates anything good that may come out of it.

Ew. I feel like I need another really long shower.

That doesn't sound fun. I'm sorry!

---

Eek, siamese, that sounds rough! Congrats on second, though!

Guys, go read my bio! I'm very proud of it. Cam helped.
Contestant bios!

That's amazing Allie.

*hugs to SD*

Aw, thanks! I didn't mean to write a "pity me" post, but I apparently did.

I'm obviously way out of it, but does this BWW Idol contest include evaluation of vocal performances a la American Idol? I know I could probably just go read the entire thread, but I'm laaaazy. Either way, I like your biography, Allie. It's witty.

Edit: Or I could just realize that there's a "Rules and Guidelines" link on that page. Heh.

I was wondering the same thing. And was also lazy.

Allie! Explain. Do you actually send in a clip of you singing? Most of the people on that list are singers, so...

---

*gasp* ALLIE!

---

*hugs siamese - on second thought, maybe I'll hold off on that hug until after she takes a shower *

Hi, nia!

Heh, that BWW Idol thing seems pretty cool. *cheers Allie on*
