And it's weird that she doesn't respect singing as music. Maybe she's one of those music types who thinks that her own art is the only kind worth acknowledging.

I wouldn't worry, Ellie. I told her I was into theatre, and the only two shows she could think of were Rent, because "that's the show that theatre people all know" and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.

She's taking architecture, I think... and calculus. *shudders*

I'll be patient, though. We may connect yet. Oh, the CREEPIEST thing happened during our conversation, though. She met my sister for maybe a minute, and she just KNEW her. Like, she could guess her personality exactly. It was so strange, and my sister is going to be terrified when she hears. I don't think my sister even told her her name, and the roommate guessed it!
