Okay, it's not *all* that exciting in the context of what's been happening lately, but on my way home tonight I saw the new Premiere Magazine, and it has it's fall previews, with a paragraph and picture from RENT. I posted more on the main board.

Oh my gosh!! I just came back from the movies, and I was SOOOO happy that they were playing the RENT trailer in the lobby of the theater!! I started squealing and freaking out because I was so happy that people gave me weird looks.

108 days!!!

I have my books and my poetry to protect me...

Is Premiere that well known around the country? I've always seen it around NY, but I don't know how easy it is to find elsewhere.

By the way, Emcee, my cramps were at the absolute worst in college. After that things got better, so there's hope.

I don't know if it helps, but it *sounds* good.

After my umpteenth viewing of my Today Show tape, I noticed that as the cast is clearing the stage for What You Own, Idina pretends that she's going to give Adam a big clap on the back, but then turns it into a little pat. He reacts in this kind of shoulder-shimmying way. Taye gives him a little tap too. (Okay, I've watched this way too often.)

I can't help with the cramps, but I do have a thought that may amuse you. Remember that neon green bracelet Adam was wearing in the Bryant Park/Today Show photos? I figured it was one of those 'give us a dollar and support *insert righteous case* and you get a rubber band' deals, but I can't think of one that's neon green. But people who bought Harry Potter Six from Barnes and Noble got bracelets exactly that color and style.

I googled, "Charity rubber bracelets lime green." From what I can gather, it's either Muscular dystrophy, or "Save the Earth"... I'm going to keep looking.
