If you have a CD insert from something he's done in the past, or something. He likes to see that.
Anyway -
Raúl Esparza
c/o The Hilton Theatre
214 West 43rd Street
New York, New York 10036
I think it's 214 - the THEATRE address is 213, but I always hear people talking about the stage door address at work, since they do a lot of auditions up there. Anyway, I'll double check when I'm there tomorrow.

awww. raúl love! now i want to write to him too, but i'm afraid that he'll be like "wow. you're insane."
anyway....how is everyone? i can't stay long (actually i have to go right after this), because my sis is having a party. but i hope that everyone has a great day!!
oh, and i absolutely love Matt Caplan. i think he's so incredibly talented and hilarious. Yes, his Mark is more goofy and horny, but it's better than being TOO serious.
Do ittttttt. I did once! And I don't write to anybody! I'm clearly... too good to use mail? And I dropped off a note and something with a marker - picked it up that night. The stage door man is ridiculously nice.
yay party! And I do think that Matt's got a great voice.
ooo, i think i'll have to write to raul too. i was going to try to go to the stagedoor again but since i don't know when that might happen and since he's not coming out, it will be fun to write, which i've actually never done before.. now i have to think of something creative to send, which might involve buying something. i'm open to suggestions.
How about the RHS CD, Alix?
So I just got caught in THE weirdest storm. It was pouring when I got out of the subway. Continued to do so on and off - but it was sunny. And there were HUGE thunder claps! ah, weather. I got so wet, and my feet and flip-flops got SO DIRTY. I just dunked my feet in the bathtub; I'll shower later, as I'm bound to get all sweaty again.
that's a good idea. i don't have it yet (burned or bought) and the picture of him will probably get a funny reaction. yay, i'm now excited about getting it.
the ideal would be a ttb poster but that's hard to find and also too hard to get signed unless i'm seeing him in person probably.
My friend brought him the CD insert one day, and he giggled and made a comment about how silly he looked.
I love my men who giggle.
The TTB poster is really easy to find; Triton Gallery has it, for $15. www.broadwayposters.com
Finding Raul is the harder part, though if you were going to be in the city and the timing was correct, you could probably drop it off for him and pick it up later.

wow, a 15 dollar poster and then dropping it off sounds like a plan. thanks! i'd just be afraid of it getting bent or something but it'd probably be fine, right?
I think they put it in cardboard for you at the store. Since the stage door doesn't truly lead directly backstage, you can just walk in, and there's a desk right there. Tell the person behind it you'd like to drop something off for Raúl, and if they will ask him to sign it for you, you're willing to come pick it up later, etc, etc. You have to bring it by about 5:30 to be safe, though - I guess he usually gets in around six. I picked up my picture thing just after curtain time (7) the same night. I'd leave him a quick note with it, too. Maybe he'll personalize it if you do.
i'll definately write a note with it. i just looked at the poster online and now i'm debating between that and something else with a picture of him on it, which i guess would be a cd booklet or magazine picture. there's only one of those that i know that i could get, which would be the now infamous one. it would be funny to see if he writes the same thing. hmmm...i'm so bad at decisions!

it is awfully purdy.
i was a little disappointed to see that the ttb poster doesn't have a picture but show people will definately serve the purpose quite well.
Yeah - when I went to buy the poster, the guy at the store was like "yeah, we have it, but it's kind of... unattractive." Raul was sad that it wasn't the version with his name on it.
Princess.
You have to tell us what he writes on it!
