When I read this, I was instantly reminded that I have never, in fact, met anyone on the board, but have definitely formed opinions about them. Otherwise I would never felt like I cared about anyone here, and would never have been annoyed by others, etc. It's something everyone does, I think.
That said, I hope I do get to meet some of the posters here someday.
