And I'm sure once you single-walleted-ly finance the success of this cd you're going to go claim a reward, right?
And said reward would be...?
Although I'd pride myself only on having helped!

Hey, I deserve some credit now too... just ordered it. A very hard thing to do for a closet fangirl, but we all have to make sacrifices.

YAY!
And come out of the closet! Embrace insanity.

yay insanity!!

I can't.
You have to understand that I am not like this at all offline, I will barely admit that someone is attractive, let alone something like this. I'm a lot quieter. I dunno, it's just wierd. And I hate talking to salespeople so I was awkward ordering it.
But let's be happy, shall we? It will be worth the pain.
I've had "Book of Endings" on repeat for the last hour or so. It's the catchiest song possible! *loads up iTunes and listens to the songs again* *squeals* I just LOVE it!
Insomniak? Shy? Never would have guessed. I'm glad that didn't stop you from getting your hands on Civilian
insanity is a beautiful thing - especially when it has to do with adam!!

It almost did, Glory. Seriously, my Adam obsession is entirely secret. I would die before admitting that I have a fangirly crush/person who's career I follow like this.
And my shyness really depends on what the people I'm with are like.
i think that should make us feel honored
but really insomniak - i don't talk much about adam outside of this and other boards - like my friends just roll their eyes at me - so i know what you mean!!
I'm so thankful that my friends embrace my insanity. A lot of them tell me that they really admire my passion for something like theatre, since in young people it seems to be somewhat uncommon to have a love for something so non-mainstream. They always like it when I try to get them into it as well, even if that means my useless blabbering about Adam.

It's not that I don't talk much because people roll their eyes (And they would if I did), it's that I really honestly would not admit to obsessing over an actor.(I like to delude myself and pretend I'm not a shallow, giggly teenager) I don't think I've ever so much as said his name out loud before tonight.
What are you feeling honored about? I'm confused.

I put a CIVILIAN flier on my assignment notebook (which I have to take everywhere in school), and I had SO many comments about me being a psycho freak. *shrugs* I take it as a compliment. While other people follow the careers of JoJo and 50 Cent or whoever the big name is now-a-days, we follow Adam!!
so with you on that one broadwaydiva!!
::breaks into song:: "and i'm with you"
'I like to delude myself and pretend I'm not a shallow, giggly teenager'
I honestly cannot picture any of you as 'shallow giggly teenagers'. Yea I've read a lot of fawning over pictures of Adam, or being excited to see/meet him at concerts, but in my opinion that is FAR from being a shallow fangirl. At least the man has some TALENT unlike all these rappers and lip-synchers. Also, you all have the brain capacity to actually form educated opinions and reviews of his performances (unlike most 'fangirls') which totally makes up for the few 'Omg he's so hot' comments. Sure people are going to roll their eyes because Adam isn't exactly 'popular' music, so just roll your eyes back because they are just following the crowd
Glory, I love you. That post made me smile!

Thank you, Glory. Will you move to Ohio with me?
I do agree that the vast majority of this board is far more intelligent and mature than the people I go to school with.
Love you too Insomniak and Diva!
I'm like you, Insomniak. None of my friends have heard me talk about Adam or even my love of Broadway. I can't really explain why I don't talk to them about it; they wouldn't understand I guess.

I would just feel ridiculous. I'm not the type to fawn over anyone, not in person.
'Thank you, Glory. Will you move to Ohio with me?'
You know I would in a heartbeat if I could but somehow I seriously doubt that my parents would let me move to Ohio because a girl I've never met except on the internet told me to :-b

But what if you told them she threatened you with SMDs?
And what if I was worth moving for? ;-P
SMD? Is that what I think it is?!
