I'm up! (On my way to class).
I went to bed 10 minutes before that was posted. Just my luck right?
Em, hun, I'm glad you were able to experience this. You are the only one I know who is as big a fan as me. As I said before, if it couldn't be me there, I am so happy its you! Cherish this memory!
That sounds amazing!! So glad you had such a great time!

emotionally, i'm in the same state. just kind of speechless. i got right into bed with the heat turned all the way up (it was FREEZING) and i was able to sleep for 3 or so hours. and then i started remembering everything that happened and i was literally wide awake until like 4:30am. i finally went back to bed after forcing myself to think of anything but the set.
it was amazing to see everything, but it was also hard for me because i didn't want to do or say anything to embarass my mom's friend. i was constantly worrying that we were in the wrong place or that people weren't sure who we were and why we were there. i'm still a little worried that we were too much trouble for her, and i keep replaying the tense moments over and over. she is one of my mom's best friends and i would be devestated if we did anything to hurt her. that and the cold were the two minor snags in a wonderful day/night.
without further ado, i'm off to upload all our pictures into the photo journal. i think that i'll just include minimum captions since the experience is almost beyond words.
E-you're very welcome. i can't think of anyone else i'd rather share this day with
Emcee: I was kicked off the site last night after I read your post, but I want to thank you profusely for sharing your very emotional experience with us all. (Although I am a newbie to this thread) I sincerely appreciate the time you spent writing up your reaction to your memorable (and life-changing?) day.
Thanks again.
I woke up feeling really strange. My brother's phone call awoke me, and I started thinking about where I just was. I added a little to the bottom of my post to that effect.
aaaaanyway, hi hedwig!
Allie - yes, he was trying to keep warm, and he bounced. It was adorable.

Thanks, Emcee. Can you email me some pictures? I'm suprised that The Diva allowed you to sit in HIS CHAIR. I can so picture him with a tiara too. It'd be perfect. Did he say anything else to you about you being familiar? What do you think of Rosario's singing/acting? Is her hair all... perfectly coiffed? I'd be ticked.
I'm so glad you two had this oppertunity- a chance to witness film history in the making. And Jonathan's dad. Wow.
EDIT- what snags, etheb?

nia, the pictures are being uploaded right now. And shh. I didn't *tell* him I was going to sit in his chair. He was on set. He may have seen, but pft. Actually, I noticed him look over at me a bunch of times, when not in the chair. You can't miss those eyes - they just shine in the dark. He'd kind of turn around to scope out the scene, catch my eye and smile. I'm going to buy him a tiara.
I didn't see Rosario act at all, but she has tons of personality. I hope that carries over. Her hair.... it's not really perfectly done, but it was hard to tell - she was wearing a hat when I saw her, because it was so cold. Idina has really tight curls, which I'd rather have seen on Rosario.
thanks for that, em! I'm so glad that you got this experience...you SO deserve it :)
<~Jealous to no extent
glad everyone looks and sounds great!

I would have loved to experience what you did yesterday, but if anyone deserved to, it was you, Emcee.

I barely have the time to keep up with this board, but I just had to read about Emcee's and Etheb's day! Wow...I'm so jealous of you two! I would give anything to have Adam recognize me...
Anyways, your guys' story has totally made my day! I really can't stop smiling! I'm glad you guys had so much fun!
Take your time, dear. But hurry!

I just sat through a meeting TOTALLY zoned out. It's done something strange to me....

Oh, and let's keep this kind of under wraps... please don't share the pictures without permission or post it on the main board. Thanks!

ooohh mee too!
Soon!
I keep staring at my post, re-reading it. I don't know why.
I NEVER go online during work, but today is special. I've just re-read your post too, Emcee, and realize I didn't take it all in last night. What an experience! You shared it all so beautifully. And imagine what it's going to be like when those little bits you saw being shot are up on the big screen!
I just got the most wonderful PM from Anthony.
I don't really know what else to say.

Yes, I'm a little late in this comment but I just saw the photographs from DRS opening night and I just wanted to express my affection for Adam's hair! I love it!
Chrys, go back a page and read. I think you'll want to see.
