I'm so useless. I keep zoning out and staring into space. And tripping over stuff in my room, which is probably more a result of me needing to clean that having completely lost my mind. But still. I don't really know what to do other than stare at my computer screen.

I'm very happy you had a wonderful time, Emcee. Your story made me miss all of them so much, nevertheless I'm very happy for you.
Anthony is such a beautiful person and I know Rosario will be perfect, don't worry. I have seen her in some movies recently and her work is great. I'm very happy she got the part.
And the story about Adam in his chair was a classic. Why am I not surprised? A little tiara and a pink tissue to cover his sensitive nose (to cover the stench of the 'farm people') is all he would have needed.

thanks for that amazing account of your day emcee! i'm so happy for you! it's good to hear there's a good vibe on the set. i can't imagine what it was like being there, a part of it.
everything you said in the first paragraph about sharing something that's yours and are afraid to see on film but hope it will be good is exactly how i feel. rent has been such a huge part of my life and i've been able to rediscover it so many times at different ages, including again after reading anthony's posts and i really help this movie is everything it can be.
when i saw tick, tick...BOOM at Georgestreet last year, Jonathan's father was there sitting a few rows in front of me. they announced that he was there at the beginning of the performance. his presence somehow made the show all the more real and gave it so much meaning. i was able to see him crying at the end and that was just really powerful.

after spending LITERALLY all day working on these pictures, we FINALLY have a way to share them: powerpoint! pm one of us if you'd like to see. we have two versions: one for people we know (with pictures of us) and one for those we don't (minus the personal pics). regardless of which you receive, please do not share the photos with ANYONE without our permission. thanks!

No, I just sort of wander around like an invalid. I read my post, and it makes me cry. I read Anthony's PM, and it makes me cry. I called my best friend to tell her about it, and I cried. I sort of just stare into space, because it's still not real.
