Well well Liz, step into the Broadway whore's office. Here's some helpful hints:
On TKTS this past week has been

will add personal comments)
Naked Girl on Appian Way-50% except for Wed eve-not best play ever like Pillowman but I found it very funny and you can't go wrong w/ Matty
Absurd Person Singular-haven't seen it
Beauty and the beast-have a feeling that's not what you're looking for
Chicago-35% sometimes, but I'd avoid it w/ Brooke and wait for Charlotte to come back
Chitty-50% all week-eh cute, amusing, not necessarily somehting I'd recommend attending a second time
DRS-doubt I hafta comment
Doubt-very good. Prefer pillowman, but magnificent performances and really makes you think-alternates between 50% off and 25% off
Fiddler-50% all week--great show in general, def recommend if you've never seen it no matter the cast
Hairspray-50% all week-not the best show, has faults, but lotsa fun and I love the music
ehh skipping some b/c I feel like it
Sweet Charity-50% all week-I recommend avoiding, can't imagine it's better w/ Christina than Charlotte who I saw
Phantom-50% most of week-if you haven't seen or seen in a while I highly recommend going back-Hugh is gone, but from what I've heard Howard McGillan is wonderful too
Producers-has oscillated between 50% and 35% for the week
Also, have you considered some off broadway? If you haven't seen Forbidden Broadway, I can't recommend it enough, you'd love it, parodies broadway and Norbie! haha Just saw great american trailer park musical, that was cute. And Altar Boyz, not great, but amusing...Scott Porter is gorgeous...i say worth it from him lol.

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
