Morning everyone.
my printer is broken so i'm in the library trying to print out 24 copies of my 5 page essay...and i didn't have the money for it on my card, so i had to make a deposit..so lets see..it take 15-30 minutes to receive the deposit. i made it at 10:40...my class is at 11:15. think i'll make it? GOD i hope so lol this paper is worth way too much for me to not have it in today.

so..while i wait, and just get upset and worried that i won't make it, is anyone around? lol i can't wait to hear the story of the PHANTOM OF THE IMPERIAL!!! lol thats awesome...details!!
ok i guess thats all for now..i'll be arond later this afternoon as well (woooo my roommate is going home!!!)

hey guys! less than 48 hours till Dirty Rotten Scoundrels! eeee.... i'm so excited. only sucky thing is the weather is gonna be ridulously disgusting. it's gonna be all gross and raining. anyway i'll post all pictures and a show "report" or whatever you want to call that when i get back saturday nite or whenever i get online.... eeee... so excited. alright i have to get back to packing. i leave in like an hour and not everything is packed yet. yeah i know i wait till the last minute. whatever. bye guys.

Oh shoot...I have to go soon. Okay...can't keep you guys in suspense...quickly..

no didn't have the poster also saw greg graham so phooeyness.

I was supposed to go to Greg's dressing room to finally sign the guestbook but Kevin told me he'd get me and he just brought me the book and then said well come in and sign so at least I got to be on the stage...bumped smack into Norbie...amusing...got to wings/stage, signed and Joanna was talking to adults, really nice, I in shock...get shy when ppl are socializing can't interrupt...

anyway she was in doorway for a bit, Greg had friend, introduced him, I purposely popped my face in but Greg said nothing...came onto stage w/ me, Joanna still in doorway...had to whisper..Greg...I...never...met...Joanna...she was still there...Greg introduced me w/ full name kinda amused me...told her I saw show 10 times, missed her at lots of signings, she thought Greg's book was an autograph thing and said she'll sign quickly and I said no it's his...I don't have my DRS stuff but so can I take a pic? she said quickly and uhh meant it, Greg grabbed my camera, posed said 1 and clicked, I blinked but w/e I got a pic w/ Joanna which I think is very rare so very happy. Yaay.

Okay, will tell more about yesterday later. Ta.

Would you believe I have a playbill with ONLY Joanna's autograph on it? I got my Playbill when I saw act 1, but couldn't stay to the end to get autographs. After I got home, I sent it to Joanna with a SASE and a note. She returned it to me within a week. My intention was to try and get back and see the rest of the show and get some more autographs. It never happened!

Does Joanna not like signing autographs? I thought I heard somewhere she's shy or something? *shrug* I dunno know, but it always seems like people can never get her autograph. I think if I ever saw her I'd be too shy to ask.

Oh Liz thats great. If you can scan them, they would look great on the website. I sent Norbert everything so just waiting for the reply. Once I do, then I'll call on my cowebmsters to my side.

Anyway, Im going to see a show Sunday. What show I dont know. Anyone is welcome to meet up and try for a lottery or two. No DRS though. Been only a week haha

Ryan, I will defenitely scan them. What would you like scans of? Covers, bio's, cast page, and headshot page? I've also got the San Diego DRS program if you want me to scan that as well. So I have:

Wow Mamie, I think a playbill signed just by Joanna is more valuable than one signed by everyone but not her! Haha. I'm sure you'll get back to get autographs.

Yeah, she is very good about sending stuff. I was contemplating this but now I'm fairly certain when I get Roxanne and Greg to sign my poster, I'll ask Greg or Laura or someone tog ive it to Joanna to sign, I was apprehensive about doing so b/c I don't like ideas of not getting autographs in person, that's the fun of it, but having encountered her now it's fine to do that.

Ryan, I'm seeing Miss Saigon in Conn. Sunday afternoon. Going to a concert in Joe's Pub that Sara's gonna be in at night though, doesn't start till 9:30, so between coming home from Conn and such, don't know when I'll be down. If for some reason you plan on being around at ngiht and wanna meet for dinner or something, lemme know. Or go to the concert! It's called w/ Love from Broadway to the Bayou lotsa cool other ppl there...actually as of now I don't know of anyone else going.

Ooh okay, finishing up from yesterday...

I went from class to Bloomingdale's to try to get those free advanced Rent tickets. I ended up being 3rd an hour and a half before which was kinda shocking, so I got them. By advanced they ended up meaning 4 1/2 hours before the premiere but they're still free so that's fun.

Was exhausted after...got dinner, coffee, went to American Airlines theatre b/c I wanted to tell Matt something to only realize that she show started at 7, not 8 and I missed him. Oh well.

Rushed Altar Boyz-3rd row center for $21. Second time seeing it, hadn't seen it for a couple months, lots of fun, lead guy is still gorgeous.

Waited by Spelling Bee to say hi to Deborah S. Craig but they weren't out by 10 so at that point I decided to try to talk to Taye this time after Soldier's Play since it wasn't raining. He didn't come out till 10:30...w/ two friends started walking, didn't even see me...so I left. I'm on a role here folks.

Anyway, then went over to DRS, show hadn't gotten out yet, talked to a bunch of kids who thought they were being stage door whores(if only they knew who they were talking to...), then said what happened next, got book, bumped into Norbie, met Jo. So then I just kinda stood on wings/stage signing the book while Greg talked to his friend who he worked in w/ LA and they talked to some of the cast members including Jacqueline Bayne for a while b/c the guy knew her too. Kinda fun standing there listening while I signed, contributed a little(there's a time limit of how long I could be silent), like friend said how great show and cast is I volunteered that I loved it(b/c no one knew) tried to show Jacqueline she wasn't short(Greg said compared to DRS cast HE was short...that just made me mad). And umm...ooh Laura passed again, said hi, thought I saw the show again, I laughed and said I held myself back this time, soon, but there's some ppl I wanna bring and some ppl I wanna see it w/ so I'm trying to hold back w/o them. She laughed, we talked for a bit, she was tired as was everyone.

Umm...ooh apparently Greg watched some of the show yesterday when he was done w/ the movie, said he couldn't believe how great the show and everything was, he watched all of Like Zis Like Zat and such. I was very tempted to ask how Dennis was but held back, I can't lie about things so if I didn't hafta tell anyone how I felt Dennis did on Saturday, that was good.

Umm...ooh Greg's friend said he was disappointed that the show doesn't get to show off Greg's amazing voice, realized he was right.

Okay...then Greg said bye to friend, I finished up guest book, made joke about how I tried to keep it short b/c he already has way too much to read from me and he was like ohh! and told me he had just read my 12-page essay on DRS vs. Spamalot(I told him about it and he told me to send it to him, sent it a while ago.) He said he looooved it, thought it was well-written, good arguments and esp. loved my opinions. Heh. I left thinking that was sooo cool that I wrote all about a show and someone in the cast read what I wrote and loved it...hehe.

Umm...then we said bye...had some time before broadway bowling, so realized Fiddler was right down the street and out later than everything...Harvey had already came out, Rosie hadn't...she didn't come out till like 11:35(practice for bway bowling starts at 11:30 oopsy) but she was very nice, I got a pic w/ her, she was in this awesome outfit of hot pink, yellow and blue something I would wear that most wouldn't, and mentioned I was from her town and saw her once at her mall.

Did pretty bad at bowling. Done quick, drove home. Talked to dresser Tom about Dennis' performance Sat, apparently he doesn't do matinees b/c didn't know how he did yesterday but agreed w/ me the performance was inexcusable.

And now I am off to a Tribute to Kander and Ebb. Going w/ the mother, it's on 43rd between 5th and 6th. Mommy makes us get there early b/c she's weird so I said since we're early could I go visit a stage door? She agreed prob to Naked Girl if there's no traffic, DRS is too far, but Naked Girl's on 43rd so hopefully she'll at least meet Matt and I'll get the time right and will intro her to Greg someday. WOW has this thread really been dead since 6:30??? thats crazy..thats like...4 hours! lol well i'm back for the night. i got to be Elphaba tonight, and i'm now tinted green..so i need to shower and scrub my face lol. we'll see how that goes. but yeah..i'm around anyone else here? who else is gonna be around for the cam tomorrow?

Hey all. Came back from Connecticut tonight and ran right back out the door to go to the movies with Katie. Saw Stay (the new Ewan McGregor movie tee hee) and then saw Greg. Good times.

I should be getting my computer back on Monday. I need a new hard drive.. but its still under warranty, so I don't have to pay for it. Thank god. AND they saved all my stuff. So I'll have to throw a mini party when I get it back!

Not sure when I'll be posting next - have fun with the cam tomorrow! Bye!
