You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

I adore Alan Tydyk. He was so sweet when I met him and he has the most amazing blue eyes I have ever seen.

Ah okay, yeah the "blonde." When he danced, he essentially took his shirt off, very nice body.

Though Dre it's kind of funny told my Mom bout all the marvelous pics from last night and she's like so you're finally going to get all the pics developed right? And I was like..well, actually I still have 9 left...oopsy. But Saturday I'm going backstage at Sweeney, will hopefully get a couple pics there, and Monday at the Elvis Costello concert w/ Adam, Anthony, Tracie, Daphne, Matt, Sherie, Norbert, Audra...if my camera is not finished, it definitely will be before that night is over.

Might even get another just in case, I seem to have good luck w/ these disposable, have gotten some amazing pics...

Whoa backup, Amanda...you're going backstage to Sweeney?

And officially two months until Christmas from today!!
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

So happy to finally have seen the "Oh What a Knight" ep. of GFL!
Greg was great as always (a somewhat tamer side of Dan O'Keefe in this one) ... and those Knights of Hibernia lodge costumes were a hoot!

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread PART 2!!!!

Ah, couldn't remember if I actually mentioned Sweeney here, went back to check my post from that night, didn't find anything, so I suppose I don't hafta scold you all about not reading every word of my long posts :-P

Umm to make a long story short...er(it is me...), at play on Broadway on the..17th I think...I was talking to my friend and a friend of hers for a little bit, she intro'd me to her but not her to me, thought that was kinda odd. Later found out she is Johanna's understudy in Sweeney, they went to college together. We saw her again after and of course this time I start asking all about the instruments and experience and what-not and how amazing I think it is to act and play instruments the same production, etc. Finally I said I had a second row ticket for this upcoming Saturday(29th) which I had to get to watch instrument playing close up so I could follow fingers. So she was like oh okay, well do you wanna come back on that day? And I paused, never hearing it referred to as "back", wasn't quite sure if she meant backstage or stage door(I was tired..) then kinda realized and I was like sure! So she said just to tell the guy I'm here to see her or something. (Funny moment where smart me says okay, wait lemme get your name and then my friend who's her friend says Amanda, in addition to the fact that you can ask me before we go, her name will be in the playbill...oopsy, forgot. Hehe, I'm funny.) So yeah, going "back"...may just be a quick hey in a dressing room or, I don't know, tis exciting though. Though I certainly won't hafta make certain requests seeing that where I would request(pit) isn't really utilized in this production, but should be fun.
