I actually liked his voice in Evita. I think he will be ok.

Sweeney = amazing Annie! Don't let the plots of musicals discourage you, sometimes the silliest or oddest plots make some of the best musicals...

Assassins, another Sondheim show with an amazing score, about assassins!

And who thought that a musical about a spelling bee would actually be good...

...Oooh or sideshow which is about conjoined twins and is also wunderbar!

and I was at the mall today and I had a dark chocolate shake from the godiva chocolate store, and it was the best shake in existence..I'm pretty sure sondheim needs to write a musical about that...

Annie, have you ever listened to Miss Saigon? Pryce was the original Engineer in both London and Broadway, won an Olivier Award and Tony Award. He's definitely a great singer, as evidenced by that CD. And don't get me wrong I love John...but Pryce is probably a better singer...and definitely dancer...(Annie, even you can't deny that, at the talkback I was at over the summer, John admitted he still hasn't learned to sing and dance!)

I actually have a DVD of "Hey Mr! Producer" where Pryce performs almost the full "American Dream." I think when Broadway's Lost Treasures 3 becomes available on DVD, his Tony performance of that will be shown. Anyway, you can see how great he is in that. I have no worries of how he will do in the show.

How long will you stay like a week?

Price is not going to bring in the audience like Lithgow, it may be problematic, having said that better believe I'll go see him...
