Who is Liev Schriber?
Ahem.
I love dark chocolate.
Milk chocolate is better.
I met Liev Schreiber. He was in GlenGary GlenRoss on Broadway. And he was in the movies 'Sphere', 'Kate and Leopold' and 'Scream/2'.
Hi Annie. I'm here. I'm back on antibiotics again - because of the spider bite. They're working (I guess) but I'm seriously considering having my leg amputated. It's one ugly sucker...
Bad leg or no - I'm still bound and determined to get to NY next weekend. I may have to limp to the theatre...but I shall prevail!!!

Amputation? You've got to be kidding me, Mamie!
*hugs!*
Well, it's wrapped up in about 3 layers of gauze and bandages now. The swelling and redness really is going down though. But (seriously) the back of my leg looks like it's been shot. It's just incredible (incredibly scary!) what a spider can do to you! (Another doc says no to black widow. He says it's a poisonous brown spider but NOT a Brown Recluse, related to the fiddle back spiders - like widows).
At this point I don't really care what it was - I just want it to heal up.

Hi Mamie, we missed you...and believe me it's better for you to have legs.
My grandmother have none by now and it's pretty dificult to do the "sink" and "bath" thing.
And I first saw Liev in the xmas movie "mixed nuts". I love that movie but I think it was not at all a hit in the USA.
This thread is hella slow today...
Feel better Mamie...I have become supicious of spiders as of late after I read that we swallow many of them in our lifetime while we're asleep...thats just not right, so very very not right.
Ohh...and thanks for the link to the panda cam awhile back, I think I put it in my favorites when you posted but never looked at it, then recently discovered it again, and became addicted. they are unendingly cute...in fact it seems rather hopeless to ever have children someday, knowing they'll never turn out as cute as a panda baby...
ok, my list. hmmm....
Damian Lewis (x3)
Colin Firth
Kevin Kline
Brendan Frasier (but i think only in Mummy and Mummy2)
Alan Rickman
Sean Biggerstaff (does any one know him? )

hi mamie! didn;t see you post...awhile ago..i feel stupid. how's life, besides the spider bite? really sorry about that.
OMG, KERRIE!
MY SCHOOL WAS DOING THE LARAMIE PROJECT!
we had auditions and ppl were cast and EVERYTHING. but THEN...our adminstrators decided to read the script about a week after the cast list was put up. and then, well, to make a long story short, the show was cancelled, and now our cast is writing an original play that's "appropriate" for all ages. whatever. it REALLY pissed me off that that happened, b/c it's a WONDERFUL play.
anywhoo, have u (and this goes for anybody else, like dre, haha) heard of David Mamet? my friend and i are doing "the hat." man, it's so...ABSTRACT. and SO HARD b/c it's SO VAGUE. lol.
ONE MORE FRICKIN DAY TILL I SEE DRS AGAIN! HOLY FUUUUUUDGE!
btw, i'm liking all of the HOTT PICTURES up here! haha
he wrote and directed 'The Winslow Boy.' Like the film. (oh, and I had to look him up, didn't know who he was.)
and yea, the pics are hott!
I'm tiiiired.
Lea Salonga concert-AMAZING. Last row of balcony at Carnegie Hall-5th floor, was HIGH. But saw and heard fine, thank god, def worth it for $23. Sang lots great songs including I Still Believe w/ original Bway Ellen(best song of night IMO if you're a Miss Saigon fan and you should be...gave me tears...I cried, they cried lol), I Swear I'll Give My Life For You, Reflection, A Whole New World, On My Own, A Little Fall of Rain, Popular and Defying Gravity. And Andrea McArdle sang Tomorrow-two contrasting thoughts-one was omg that's so awesome to hear her sing that, other thought was poor girl has been singing this one song her whole life...
Yeah, amazing.
Apple is also awesome, was at the store at my mall today for 2 hours while they helped me back up my files and erase my harddrive and now I hafta re-install it once I find the CDs which coudl take a while but b/c I was there doing it w/ them, no charge.
And umm...I'm really tired..and hafta study for a midterm...bad move on my part leaving it for now...oops
I'm spending the day in Niagara Falls with friends. I cannot wait. It's going to be a good time.
